This tutoring service is a scam in the first degree. I am a certified mathematics teacher who got nothing but grief and zero results from this service. To my fellow teachers and tutors, do not waste your time with this website. You could make better use of your time watching your grass grow.
The tutoring positions that they email to you are phony. It is always someone who either does or does not have billing information on file. You get zero telephone calls and zero responses to any of your WyzAnt emails. My account portfolio showed that I was a certified mathematics teacher fully licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
However this bona fied licensed mathematics teacher got zero responses. WyzAnt then acts like it is your fault if you get no responses and closes your account. Gee what did you do wrong. No job leads resulting in no jobs worked. So you are cut for none production. This is like a baseball manager telling a batter your batting average is zero, when you have never even come to bat!
To my fellow mathematics tutors and mathematics teachers avoid this website at all costs. I urge all prospective tutors not to have anything at all to do with this web site.
