I can't believe how I was treated when I tried to buy a lawn tractor from Sears. First my card had been canceled because I didn't use it enough,had to drive 30 miles to the store to re-apply, I then couldn't use it to pay for the item because the customer care person wouldn't give me the pin number, they would not even to the manager of the store! To top it off they wouldn't even honor the online price in the store so I could get it purchased. It was the biggest waste of 4 hours of my life ever. They obviously are a company that DOES NOT care about a customer. I will never shop here again and I have allot in the past.

Sears Customer comments & reviews: in late july 2008 i bought two gowns and a sweater at sears.com, and I 'm surprise to know that the quality of the dresses are very nice and i got such an awesome deal - for sears review/rate, i'd give them 4 1/2 star but not 5 because i don't know how their customer service is. However, the beautiful sears dresses arrived pretty fast.
if you are looking for a nice dress or a elegant gown and don't want to pay bucks, then sears is a good place to shop. I got my two beautiful gowns from their website and is very pleased. The dresses are so cheap (sale from $150 to $24 each) - there are so many nice teen gowns and others.

Bought 52" sony lcd 1080P TV from sears. No interest no payments for 18 months. Promotional
12 months & because I opened an new account I
would get an additional 6 months. I have been
paying on the account every month since I bought
the thing. Now that 6 months are up I get a bill
that includes the interest. I have to write a
letter explaining my issue and wait for a response. Meanwhile, I'll continure to make my
monthly payments.
