Order#96044 Tampa FL
Placed an order but was shipped an incorrect product which I could not use. Despite multiple attempts to contact them (they show no phone, can only email them), they refuse to reply and I haven't received the product I ordered AND paid for. I would avoid this company.

Did not honor Revolution buy six tubes get one free
They had a special last month for Revolution Cats- buy six tubes, get one free extra tube. They did not send the extra tube. When I questioned them about it, they stated that the free tube was for a different product. Taught me a lesson- whenever there is any kind of special offer, I will print it, so that if the company reneges on it, I will have proof of their deceit.

Invoice #: 10290329 Ohio We purchased a Super Skamper ramp based on the description on the website. Our 10 year old lab tried it and it didn't work. The plastic bent too much and our dog couldn't get up the ramp. I asked for a return authorization and was refused because the product was "used". It was in the water for 15 minutes! Do not buy anything from these people unless you are certain that you will use it.
