From good to really bad
Had been a frequent customer until last order. Product price had increased approx 20% from previous order (month or so earlier), size (diameter) was nearly half of previous order & product developed bugs (big ones!) in less than a month. They made attempt to fix complaint regarding size (that was B4 I knew about the bugs) but was not interested in incurring more expense having to ship product back & also discovered they only post 5-star ratings for their products. Anything less is never allowed to be seen by others apparently. No product, no matter how fabulous, gets only 5 stars. They've lost all credibility with me; I will never buy from them again.
