I purchased a bird cage from bird.com (Order #W59836970000) with the understanding that, as stated EVERYWHERE on their website, ALL cages qualified for free shipping (to Los Angeles). I was contacted the next day and told that my order was "on hold" and I had to contact them about freight charges - over $500 of freight charges! It's incredibly deceptive to try to lure customers with free shipping and then nearly double the cost with a surprise fee!
