I ordered 2 heated cat beds on 2/1/11 and am still waiting for shipment 10 days later. I called on 2/7/11 after check online and noticing no tracking number. I was told by customer service "the computer shows label printed and I should receive in 3 to 4 days and he wasn't sure why it hadn't left yet". 2/10/11 still no tracking number online or delivery to my home. I asked for a cancellation. SHOP ONLINE SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THIS ITEM. You may have to pay a bit more but at least you will receive it.
