HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I placed an order for priority shipping for a special event coming up. However I had no idea I had to fill out a form in order for it to even be shipped authorizing the shipping address as acceptable because it was different than the one on the card. I never received additional emails this was all at the bottom very un-obviously placed. I called in frantic after having sent in the form 4 days later, and get this!!! While i'm on the phone, forever might i add with a representative, they had sold out of the dress... literally while i was on the phone. So thanks a lot shopdressfail.com. Now i'm frantically trying to find a dress somewhere locally. Horrible experience.

poor service
I would not recommend ordering from Shop Dress. First other sites provide the ability to return and shopdress does not. Further the company cannot be contacted either via email or phone. Emails are automatically returned and no one answers the phone. Appears to be a scam company. The website accepted our order as if the item was in stock, we paid extra shipping fees for early arrival, and then the item never shipped.

Prom dress is perfect and on time!
I'm a mother of a high school girl who fell in love with a La Femme dress on this site for prom. We tried on La Femme dresses locally and felt good about the size and cut, but couldn't find the exact dress anywhere. I ordered the dress through Shopdress.com and was really nervous about some of the horror stories I'd read about these online dress shops. My daughter and I were thrilled when the dress came and was just as expected and on time. It actually was billed and shipped through New York Dress, which has great online reviews. It's beautiful, and I am relieved. I had to write to reassure other prom moms!
