DO NOT BUY FROM Mltailor!!! They say they are custom made to get you to buy. Their products are super cheap and not well made and charge you crazy amounts for them. I purchased a dress from them and it did not look anything from the pictures and when I tried to tell them I was unhappy a rep called FIONA just said "sorry no refunds" and said they check their dresses before they ship them, which is untrue because I received it with the threads coming out. SO UNHAPPY WITH THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only that but they disabled my account after I complained and after requesting their email to send them pictures of the dress I received.

DO NOT BUY FROM MLTAILOR.COM - THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR COLORS
AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR IT. My order no.5057: I bought a custom made dress from mltailor.com in Burgundy, order #5057. It arrived about 5 weeks later and it was CLOWN RED. It was nowhere close to their color chart Burgundy which I had examined before placing the order . They swear up and down that they made the right color, but when I sent them a picture of the dress, showing it was RED and not Burgundy, they just ignored me. In addition, they put some awful silver sequins and large rhinestones on it which I did not order, that made the whole thing look like a clown costume. It was so ugly. I asked for a refund because I did not get the color I ordered and they refused. I am now out $161 and have to buy a dress I can actually wear to my daughter's wedding. I cannot go there dressed as a Clown. DO NOT BUY FROM MLTAILOR.COM YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE

My daughter ordered a prom dress from MLTailor and it was an absolute disaster. The dress was ordered per their size chart and when it arrived, it was about 9 inches too long. They were argumentative and ridiculous in their email communication. "fiona" suggested she fix the problem by wearing heels. 9" heels, REALLY? she suggested it be altered. based on the style of the dress, it would have had to be taken apart. Then they flat out said they didn't believe we represented my daughters height well enough. They were "doubtful of her height" in photos they required we send. we never got a response to our last email plea for some type of consideration in even a partial refund for a dress we could not use. It was not made according to their size charts and we wasted over $100, and many hours of email conversation.DO NOT BUY FROM MLTAILOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not too bad
I ordered two dresses from them, I ordered two dresses from them on Oct 22. They arrived today, Nov. 15. The two dresses I ordered were not exactly like the picture, but close enough to work. For the money, it was really not a bad deal. order number 4382

ML Tailor is a liar and stlye sucks
Your comment: before buying a dress i emailed them and asked if the style didn't work could I return it for a refund. They emailed bak promptly with "yes". So i ordered a dress from my brother's wedding. When the dress arrived the size was not a standard size 8 but worse the v-neck was so low only a porn star could wear it. I asked them to refund my money and they said go have it tailored. My tailor said he couldn't fix it (not enough fabric) and returned it to me unaltered. I asked again for a refund, as promised in their original email and they said put a flower on it. If there was a flower then it isn't the dress I bought. Jody-Denver, Colordao ID# 34__

I would never buy from this company!! I ordered a custom made dress from them for a wedding. I didn't receive in time, even though I was told I would. I think maybe only one person runs the company, as I also spoke to a women named Fiona and got her every time. When I told them I no longer wanted the dress as I had no more use for it she hurriedly shipped it out to me and told me no refunds. When I did receive it, it was a terribly made dress!! Looked like a giant pillowcase & something I could have made in sewing class, and I CANT SEW! I had to fight through Paypal for a refund. THANK GOD for Paypal! I finally got my money back! I warn you...STAY AWAY!
