Taking advantage of Customers
Rooms to Go is not honest with their customers regarding purchase with TV package. We purchased a Living Room package with TV, upgraded the package and paid cash. When we got home only to find out that we had to wait 5 days AFTER the furniture was delivered before we could purchase the TV. After 5 days the gift card was not activated and were then told by Rooms to Go it was suppose to be 5 BUSINESS Days...then they added that because our entire living room set was not delivered because of a broken piece and part of our order would not come in for another 3 weeks we are going to HAVE to wait 5 BUSINESS days AFTER the final part of our furniture was delivered! They have our money and we are still waiting for them to fulfill their "customer satisfaction guarantee" policy. Very Unethical and highly unprofessional!!!

Puchased the RTG furniture package with the free TV was givin a flyer with a barcode on it and a gift card to best buy. Went to Best Buy to get TV was told The Gift card and the flyer don't match. The flyer stated a Plasma TV 3D Smart LG for 725.00. My gift card was 540.00. Went back RTG and showed them the card and flyer. Now they say it was the wrong flyer. I purchased 3600.00 of furniture I will never buy anything from them again.

Rooms To Go customer service is excellent, and their furniture lasts a long time, but not their mattresses. I went to their store in Altamonte Springs in FL, and the senior Sales Associates, Ms. Kimberly, was extremely helpful and patient even though I was trying to find a mattress to replace another one that I purchased online. This is the first time I've met an associate who understands mattresses.
Well, the reason why I did not give them a 4 or five are their mattresses, but I hope that will change now credit to Kimberly who understood exactly what I need to buy. Thank you Kimberly.

My visit to Rooms to go was in Macon Ga. The sales rep that assitant me at the time of purchase was Patty. She was very nice and patient. Wealth of information in order to make the best decision for needs. She did not view me as "Just Another Customer"

furniture is overpriced, some dining rooms tables looks good from the outside however partical wood in the inside. not worth the price.

Rooms to go has a bad habit of tying up your money. They tell you that they will have something in a week and they call you a few days later it will take 2 months. If you pay cash, they will send you a refund 7 days after you cancel the order.
The store in Pompano, Florida refused to make any customer service decision.

Rooms to Go has a terrible delivery problems with broken pieces
live in New Johnsonville TN. I picked out my furniture in February. Furniture arrive in March broken. The Broken pieces replacement was scheduled to arrived 4-16-2018 order number 12748633A. Furniture was broken and ordered to deliver on May 7th order number 22680172 and the reordered pieces were broken and drawers won't close. They reordered again for delivery in June 11th, they confirmed order number 22685578EX delivery on June 11th. Then they called and said it wasn't in warehouse, said it would be back ordered for delivery date of July 23. This is stupid if they don't have service better than this I don't see how they stay in business.

Returns/Cancelations
Do not shop here, worst customer service. I decided I did not want the furniture before it was even in my house, they told me I could only get store credit they do not do returns and I should have read my receipt. I told them I have bought furniture from them before and no one ever told me about this. They were very rude!!!

Don't Buy RTG TV SCAM
Watch out for RTG Free TV Scam. They will not give you the TV in their flyer with bar code and gift card. I bought 3600.00 dollars worth of furniture. It said in information paper for Best Buy a LG 3D plasma TV for 725.00. Got to Best Buy gift card and TV priced at 540.00 dollars. Went back to RTG and was told They gave me the wrong paper. Welcome to the BOHICA club. I will never buy from them again. The first shipment of furniture was dropped by their "professional" furniture movers. These guys are contract workers that could care less. The more delivers they make the motre they make! So Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

I will never buy from Rooms To Go AGAIN!! They have the worst customer service and the sales personal tell you what ever they think will get you to purchase and then they don't honor there word. I have never been treated so poorly from store managers and customer service personl in all my life! They have no regard for their customers or for product quality.
