Run a mile before ordering with this company. I ordered my daughter's graduation dress in March and prior to ordering I specifically asked when it would be despatched and delivered. I was told by May 15. I followed up with a couple of e-mails to check everything was on track and was told all on track for May 15. May 15 rolls around and nothing. When I contacted the company I was lied to and told it had been received by them but there was a 2-3 day processing time. After 3 days I contacted them again and was told they didn't actually have the dress and didn't know when they would be receiving it. When I asked why they lied to me on 4 occasions, they simply cancelled my order!! This was my daughter's grad dress which I told them numerous times. My daughter is absolutely devastated and we are now in the position of trying to get her a grad dress 3 weeks before her grad. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL... RUN A MILE!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I would give them a 0 if I could. I ordered the dress from them since September. Someone told me it would arrived by October 15. I didnt' get anything that week so I went on the site and inquired about the status of the dress. The "fashion consultant" said that there was a delay and that I would get it by November 15, or they would at least send it out by then. Still, I didn't get anything. I finally got fed up and emailed them November 26. What I got was "Hello,
We expect to receive item in, by Dec 20. We will ship immediately once received in. Thank you..."
What does that mean? That I'm going to get it by then or MAYBE they might send it out on that date? When will I get it then? January or February of 2011? What would I do with the dress then?
I called them and requested that someone call me back but instead of a phone call and get a refund. I dont' care about the refund. I just don't know why they can't be honest and tell me from the beginning. They cancelled my order at the last minute. I don't know what I'm going to do now.
Please do not buy anything from them. I don't want you guys to be crying like me right now. I'm not the type of person that gets pissed off easily but I gotta admit, I'm really upset right now.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I was told by a customer service rep that the dress I was ordering was immediately available for shipping, however I had to order it on-line not over the phone. I started the on-line order process while I was still on the phone. My order was complete within 5 min. Day 7, we called to check the status and was told it would be processed in 2 days. Day 10 I was told that the order was cancelled because the card was declined. I verified that there was never even a transaction attempted on the card (I work at the Finacial Institution that manages the account and I verified it myself. I called back and was then put into the voicemail for the billing department. No one would help us resolve this issue and they could not tell me the reason they showed for the card being declined. Now I have a week to find a dress for my daughters Winter Formal. The customer service staff was horrible! They were rude, did not care about trying to help us resolve the issue and just sent us to voicemail boxes instead of trying to help us. They even went so far as to yell at my daughter on the phone, because she kept insisting on talking to a manager or supervisor of which they did not want to do!
Stay away from this website!!

This lady was so nice when I ordered, but two weeks before my wedding reception, and 3 MONTHS after I ordered a dress from her , I had NO DRESS. I would call and she would bounce me to a 'voicemail' for the manager who does not exist. My order would say 'ready to ship' then be cancelled. She claimed my credit card got declined (credit card company never received a request), I mailed her a money order, SHE CLAIMED IT WAS NOT RECEIVED. I had to go buy a dress off the racks, last minute. She had NO DRESS for ME. Hours of waiting on hold to get through, SHADY IS not even enough to describe the HELL I WENT THROUGH in the month before my wedding .. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN

If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered a dress online Sept 20th. I emailed them in November and they told me the dress would be available Nov. 30. No dress!! I emailed again and they told me dress would be available Dec. 5.. No dress!! I finally called very upset and talked to a lady by the name of Maria that would read the policy of the company over and over again. I was done talking to her and asked her to give me the manager. She told me the manager would tell me the same thing. I refused to talk to her and she put me through a voicemail which I think was bogus! I emailed the company thinking it was the manager but no it was the same woman and she decided to cancel my order because she said I wasn't satisfied. I NEVER once told her to cancel my order. She just used that excuse and I NEVER got to talk to a manager. I have no dress for my event. I think she purposely refunded me in spite. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Horrible Company
ORDER NUMBER 15990 - Broward County - Florida (Davie) Stay as far away as possible from this company. Tried to order a dress, called several times, no answer. I was told on the live chat to just place the order. I placed the order on my iPhone and tried to confirm it. Called several times again No Answer. Went on the live chat to confirm the order was in, i needed it next day for an event. The live chat agent confirmed order was in. It wasn't till next day i received an email stating my order has been canceled. They "SAY" credit card fraud. There was no fraud, no issues with my NO LIMIT AMEX CARD. This company is a total scam. Do not deal with them, we missed the event because we couldn't get the dress. I trusted the wrong people, find reputable company to buy from instead of these jokes.

Avoid this store like the Plague!! You are better of buying from Norstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales or any other store. These are the rudest. They have abusive practices. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours and they claimed once "you click" the money is theirs. Unheard from a company to bill your Credit Card prior Shipping. This is illegal in most internet places and they have to be stopped. I will personally take it to the BBB and the FTC. These are illegal practices-and as such should be put out of business

order number 16500. What a joke, in stock ready to ship means nothing, charge credit card and don't ship. Nasty, Nasty people...Stay away from this scam company. I ask to speak to a manager and they said no and hung up the phone next call is to the better business bureau.

The Worst Ever!!!!
Don't do business with this company!! I've been lied to many times and have been waiting for a jacket that I ordered (order number 19529), with my dress for 6 months. Each time I call, I'm told that the designer will send it any day. I contacted the designer and they've never heard from this company. Nothing but lies and misrepresentation.

Order number 18368 What a scam. Ordered dress four months before my daughters senior prom. Despite phone messages, numerous emails, no dress. $600 gone, and now we scramble for another dress. I have never been as burnt by internet shopping as I have been with this disgusting company.

Net fashion avenue order number 21003. My order never arrived and they gave me excuse after excuse. What a horrible place to order online! They do not have the dress as picture on their website and after waiting 16 days I finally cancel my order. They would tell me each time I called they had to check the credit card and processing this takes time. Come on people all it takes is a few key stokes and your credit card is charged. DO NOT ORDER from this COMPANY!

My daughter is a pageant contestant,and when we found Net Fashion Avenue's retail location in Blue Springs, MO, we knew we had found something special. Karin and her staff are wonderful, getting to know the girls, and choosing gowns that bring out the best in the contestant. In a month, we have been there 3 times, and have 2 beautiful dresses that we would never have tried without Karin's encouragement, but that perfectly fit my daughter's personality. Karin is a former model, and she knows what she's doing. The gowns and dresses are gorgeous. Whether you're shopping for an After 5, a prom gown, a special occasion dress or the pageant gown of your dreams, please go to Net Fashion Avenue and watch your dreams come true. would just like to say a big thankyou to yourselves, i ordered a dress from you on the 8th april and it arrived here in Inverness, Scotland on the 20th April, its really beautiful and fits perfectly. The only issue i have was the fact that after i had paid for shipping i then had to pay Customs duty and import vat =£93 Not very impressed at this but still worth it,again thankyou very much for the speedy delivery and a dress that is perfect.

Order number 17471 Im an inexperienced online shopper from overseas and I placed an order with Net Fashion Avenue for Sherri Hill beautiful dress and they were the only ones who had it in stock. My payments kept failing due to Google Wallet so I kept trying and ended up actually placing two different orders for the same dress YUCKS! Contacted Michelle and she was very understanding and very professional and helped me cancel my order. I am very happy to hear that they are now providing direct credit card payment options for international customers YAY! Will be back for sure.

Great communication!
I am very pleased with netfashionavenue.com. They sell great products and they are very professional. I must admit that i was a little bit scared with an order i had placed and that had been delayed but the person i talked to, Sara johnson, was very helpful and patient and helped me choose another dress. She also gave me a discount for the inconvenient that had been produced and i am definitely going to buy once again from them. Great company. Sara Johnson should be promoted for her patience. I am very happy with the service I received. Dress was fabulous and it arrived in a week. They do check to make sure that the cardholder is placing the order when there is a different ship to and bill to which I think is great as I know my account is protected with them. I will be shopping with them again. Keep up the good work

i ordered a sherri hill 2223 prom gown as my wedding dress.i used the life chat to find out how long the estimated delivery would be and they told me 6-7 weeks.this site was the only website who doesn't charge tax plus i found a 12% of coupon,so instead of paying $720 in my local store in a size too big and paying for alterations,i paid only $572.after placing my order,i found all these bad reviews and i was really scared.now get that:a week after i ordered my dress,i got an email that my dress has been shipped,providing a tracking number and after 4 days i received my dress today.its exactly what i ordered plus it fits perfectly.so i don't know what all your peoples problem is,maybe you sould look at yourself and your attitude before you post bad reviews.thank you so much netfasion avenue for your great service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank Nina - she was extremely helpful - I was very reluctant to buy clothes ove the net owing to size - however when I gave her my measurements she was able to recommend the correct size to order. Whilst I have not received my order as yet - I am overly excited about receiving it as I believe it will be exactly what I ordered and am sure it will arrive by the due date - will repost once it arrives and let you know how it goes - but in the meantime - if you have the opportunity to deal with NINA - do so - she is great!!! She has assured me that the orderwill be here by the due date - which was a major concern for me!!

An amazing website....I fell in love with a jovani dress at a boutique in short hills mall it was priced over $500 but it was gorgeous!!! After searching on line I stumbled onto this website and was very sceptical after reading the reviews and the dress being priced at $330 but I ordered it anyway! to my surprise my dress came brand new, beautifully packed and in only five days!!!!!!!! I'm super impressed with this company, I recommend it to all my friends!!!!!!!! I have two more weddings to go to this year guess where I'll find my dresses???? RIGHT HERE!!!

Great communication!
I had great communication with Jennifer Stevens who should be promoted for her devotion and poassion for her job. Having a problem with my order which was apparently lost by USPS, she helped me find the exact same dress, knowing the fact that it was difficult to find it. She stayed overtime for me trying to find the best solution. I am very pleased with netfashionavenue for their quick responses and also great communication skills. i will most definitely order once again from them and definitely chat for any other questions i might have with Jennifer. order number: #5656

This was our first time buying from NetFashionAvenue. The selection was amazing. The first dress my daughter picked was a size too big and of course we were SHORT on time to get a replacement. Customer service worked with her to find a dress that she liked that could be shipped the same day as the returned dress was received. The replacement dress arrived today, one day early with 4 days to spare. Perfect fit and looks just like it does on the website. Customer service required a bit of patience on the phone with the wait times but the staff was helpful and friendly.

I ordered my dress on March 29th 2011. I called to make sure they had my dress in my size--they did. The person I spoke to was very nice and told me that I should have my dress within a week. I did!
I ordered my dress around noon on the 29th, later on that day I received an email that my order was confirmed, then 2 hours later I received another email that it was processed, then the next day I was told it was shipped. (with a UPS tracking number.)
I received the dress and it was (like others have mentioned,) beautifully wrapped and ready to hang up. I was as nervous as the rest of you--but everything they said they were gonna do--they did. It was a great first experience.
I saved a substantial amount of money ($150.00)
and I have my dress in my closet, and I am quite pleased. GOOD LUCK making your decision about ordering. I am happy I took the chance.

The customer service and the lady name Ms. Maria was very helpful and understanding with my problem and was very polite and calming, and mostly because of her good attitude I accepted the product. Net Fashion Avenue must be proud of this kind of agent. Thank you Maria for your help. Hope to talk to you again if and when I need another dress.

I have bought many dresses from netfationavenue and they were amazing, the most thing that I like is that they always have what I want in stock, so I get my order in couple of days.
Other thing I really like that, they offer me 20% of all my dresses Bcs I allready have bought more than four dresses.
I advice you to buy from them and keep on contact with them to get the order NO and then the tracking NO
And keep in your mind that, they have hundreds of customer to help.
