Terrible..!!! Do not waste your time and money
I bought the software and wasted two hours designing and creating a new business logo. When I was done and ready to save it, low and behold... You can't! It is only a logosmartz extension; therefore, the print shop cannot use the file you create. It's the dumbest thing ever and very frustrating. I just want the logo printed. That's it. Called customer service - NO HELP at all. In fact, they barely spoke English. Wtf. This sucks!! No thanks!!

Logosmartz 3.0 and mega bundle USELESS
I had the Logosmartz 3.0 software for mac. Sent an email asking if there were additional templates, graphics to purchase. They suggested i purchase the mega bundle pack for 49.95 with 10% discount which came out to 49.91 as you automatically purchase the backup. So a 4 cent discount!! I download the mega pack only to find nothing new!!!! It is ashamed companies are able to get away with this. i am denying the charges for selling me what i already have and specifically requested NEW TEMPLATES! This is the kind of company not to buy anything from. There original templates were weak and that is why i was seeking more. More just meant 49.91 more!

Customer service non existent
Program has problem converting logo to anything that is of acceptable printing quality. Customer service does not exist.

DO NOT BUY - This is a scam!!
I purchased Logosmartz for Mac a couple of years ago for the project. The software is very unstable and I kept getting all kinds of errors when trying to save and print.
The worst part is, I hadn't used the software for a while and when I needed it again, it asked for my license key, which I entered. The program then tells me the license key is invalid!
I call customer support and they tell me the software license was only good for one year!. I told them NOWHERE in my documents or receipt did it say anything about the software being only good for one year.
Of course they tried to sell me a new license and offered to give me a 20% discount. Needless today I'll be finding a much better piece of software from a company that doesn't try to scam their customers.
Avoid them at all costs!

Outdated Graphics and Non-Existent Customer Service
I recently purchased the LogoSmart software hoping I can create the logo I had in mind for my start-up business. The software itself is fairly easy to use however, everything is so outdated. All the graphics are boring and plain. When you FINALLY do reach a customer service rep, although polite, they are very hard to understand and will not be able to answer your questions. BIG WASTE OF MONEY. I have no idea why this software got good ratings!

Non Existent Customer Service and Upgrade Lies!
I purchased this software (LOGOSMARTZ) because i wanted a simple, easy-to-use logo creation software instead of spending hours with ADOBE or some other vector graphics software. the software is easy to use and I purchased a FREE LIFETIME UPGRADE for the software for $14.95 additional BUT you will never get the upgrade. They say they will send you an updated email when a newer version arrives but they won't. You can never get anyone to answer their support line and they NEVER EVER return any phone calls or emails. BUYER BEWARE! I hope this will help anyone else to NOT GET TAKEN by LOGOSMARTZ. DON'T EVEN DOWNLOAD THE TRIAL VERSION......it loads with errors and you will get tons of EMAILS trying to get you to buy the product. BEWARE- the only time they will send emails is when they think they have you on the hook with a trial download...then they will flood you with emails.

Don't buy this software it is a scam
I Bought this software back in 2007, got a registration key witch was good until i got computer problems and had it to reinstall the Logosmartz software, when i first buy the software the email said that if i have to reinstall the software i have to contact help desk to get a new registration key and they will be provided to me at no extra charge. I did call and they told me that my registration key was good for one year. I did email help desk around July 2014,and i forward the email with all the information that they gave me when i first but the software and they still haven't respond to me.

Paid for the product, but never receive download link. Got cheated.
Send the email to helpdesk 2 days ago but no feedback receive.
Should read the review first b4 bought it.
Don't know why the review keep asking to write more cos unable to use even paid. And seriously how much do I write need to write to submit this dumb review.

I love using Logosmartz, I am a beginner learning, and downloaded the trial version. The only thing I have a problem with is customer service, they do not answer the phone, they have not called me back either. I wrote an email yesterday, no reply, then again today, and they said they didnt get it. I will only purchase this if customer support is available, and so far this is the only part that is questionable.

Memorable start to my business
I started my bakery with a very limited budget and had almost nothing to spend on branding. But logosmartz did it all for me within my budget. I got a great template to make logo for my bakery. With just a few tweaks in the template I made my own logo. Help articles provided in the software helped a great deal.

Perfect logo designing kit, helpful support
I am associated with a clothing line and was thinking of designing a logo for 7 sub-brands. With logosmartz my logos were ready within minutes using templates from clothing and Jewelry category. The support team assisted me speeding up the process.

Very efficient logo software
It is simply incomparable with any other logo maker around. I love so many things about Logosmartz specially templates, slogans and alignment tools. It did not feel like a task to me, I really enjoyed using Logosmartz. Support team was of great assistance to me as they provided enough information about the software when I called them regarding my queries.
