Their online product is a disaster. During the demo, it looks great, however just try to make it work in the real world. We have tons of bandwidth (10 MB) and it still wasn't enough to have a smooth presenation or training session. iLinc's response was to try and sell you more training. We changed to Citrix and it was a breath of fresh air. Boise, ID
