Who's minding the store?
Order #1231 Ordered a runner and my credit card was charged immediately. That was 7 days ago. I've emailed customer service twice to get an eta on my order and have not heard a word from anyone. I paid extra for shipping and not even given a tracking number or company response. I've never been charged for a purchase from any other company before it's even been shipped. Hello, is anyone there?

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Ordered a rug....received it promptly, but never unwrapped it as we found something else we liked better. Contacted the company to return like their policy says for a refund. They were not cooperative at all. Never got an RA as they wouldn't give me one, and they were rude and horrible. NEVER would I do business with them. I reported them to the BBB.

Customer service is horrible! An answering machine?? Certainly way off the expectations their web site implies. Waiting 5 weeks now for a rug that was to ship in 1 week. I would shop elsewhere, you can easily match their prices on anything they offer

RugsToMyDoor IS scamming people! They won't even answer their phones anymore, all voicemails are full, emails aren't responded to. Nothing they promoted upfront came through except the delivery but false charge for the ordered rug. This feels like fraud!

I bought a rug from rugstomydoor.com and the promotions said that I would receive a $50 visa card, which never happened.
I contacted the company, and they said that it would take up to a month to receive the visa card. After a month they said to wait a couple of weeks, and now, after 2 months I nobody answers the phone, and no sign of my $50 visa card.
It is unbelievable; I would never recommend this web site/company.

The rugs arrived in a couple weeks and looked just like the pics on the site, which worried me most. I am happy with my selection.
