The end of January 2011, I ordered a Pavilion Slimline computer (order # H------233) from them. It arrived defective. After an hour-and-a-half on the phone with them, they agreed to take the system back and send me a new one. The replacement arrived today, but is missing a key feature. I was on the phone with these people for almost 3 HOURS, and got no where. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I bought a Touch Smart computer for my mother for her birthday, and it's worked out great. I helped her set it set up in her kitchen. It did take some time to get all the program she has on her old PC loaded on it. She says the location and the footprint of the Touch Smart makes it really convenient for her to look up and follow recipes online, check out Youtube videos, and even watch TV in the kitchen. I'm really pleased. HP has a really good product in the touchscreen PC.

I have been a happy HP customer for years. Whenever I placed a small order with HP my order is promptly processed within a couple of days. The shipping, is free and HP sent an automatic e-mail with a tracking number after my purchase. I'm happy that HP has such great customer services and proves to me that they do business with their customers in a timely manner.

Buying from the HP site is very easy. Shipping was very quick. I liked their Customer service when I'm not talking to a sales associate in India. That can be frustrating because they don't take initiative to get things done. Thankfully I only dealt with that once. I brought the hp mini 1000 notepad. It works just to surf the web, which is the only time I used a computer.

I picked up a Hp 1000 after getting frustrated with my 17" macbook pro not having enough room whenever I am on a plane. Ive never owned a PC, so it took a little getting used too but I find it fine for editing documents in MS Word. I like the keyboard, its comfortable even with people with big hands like me. A good choice to get as a second computer.

It worked, and my actual order was only 43.99 plus a free gift of 45.99 which put it over the 50.00 value!! So, I got a free gift and $10.00 off!!! Yeh. Merry Christmas to me!

The HP 2133 Mini-Note PC is so coool. My mom got it for me for Christmas and I like that it has a full set of keys, sturdy, and stylish. It works well as an affordable on the go laptop for me especially I'm a high school student. Although it is a bit more bulkier than its competitors: ASUS, CTL, and Everex. I still love it as I write my papers and compose emails on it.

I just bought HP OfficeJet 5610. It works as a multifunction home office. The price was very cost efficent with it being $150. It can scan, copy, print, and send and receive faxes. Although its a bit slow, you can't beat the price.

The HP HDX18 is da bomb. I got it for $2000 from HP Shopping and it's absolutely the best laptop I've ever used. The screen is gigantic, like 18 and a half inches. It's sweet watching TV and movies- it even came with a remote control. Battery life wasn't all that great at about two hours but I never use it on battery only for longer than that anyways. I do wish the warranty was more than a year though despite it being pretty well built quality-wise.

HP makes the best notebooks. Not only are they stylish but most importantly they're quality made and durable. I've had mine for over two years now and it still hums along great. When it comes time to upgrade my lappy I'll be going with HP again for sure.

HP is better than Dell, period. In the past Dells were more popular but their poor quality has costed them. I would trust HP machines more nowadays than a Dell PC. Their new mini-note laptop is pretty darn cool. Too bad I already got the Asus eee or else I probably would've jumped on this.

I like the quality and build of my dv9500t. It's speedy and stylish, got it for a good price too at around $1000. My last laptop, a Dell Inspiron 8600, died and you can tell the parts aren't exactly quality because of all the motherboard problems. But so far so good with this notebook. I will certainly recommend HP laptops to others.

I'm just lovin' my dv9000t with xb3000 expansion base- great lappy and a great price. Only thing though I wished I knew that T5200 that came with my lappy didn't support VT (useful for if you're running VMWare). Great hardware and prices, esp. if you're a student and look in HP's Academic online store section!

HP website is very cumbersome to use for purchases and doesn't seem easy and smooth for simple maneuvers
