Dell has some of the best deals on computers and notebooks around in the business when you combine the use of coupons. The deal is even sweeter for those of you living in states where Dell doesn't have a physical presence. I have ordered many Dell computers in the past and they've been solid machines (other than the Inspiron 8600 notebook which doesn't want to recognize any IDE hard drives any more). My newest notebook is a HP, but I wouldn't hesitate buying new PC systems made by Dell. Their quad core Intel systems can be had for incredible discounts at times.
So I bought this Western Digital 250 GB SSD for $20 at Dell. It was a great price I must say. I got a notification that it shipped approximately 2 days after, but 3 more days after that I still hadn't received the order. So I checked tracking, and it said:
Unable to deliver shipment, returned to shipper
What in the world because there had be no delivery attempt made. So I contacted Dell Customer Service via email, and this was their reply:
Hi David -
Your order was canceled and redirected back to DELL due to a pricing error of the item you ordered. You should have received an email from DELL on January 6, 2017 explaining the issue and that the orders were being canceled.
If you would like to re-order a similar item, please go online to DELL.com or give our sales team a call at 877-717-3355 and an agent will be able to assist you.
Have an amazing rest of your day!

Wow. First of all, I never received some sort of email from Dell on January 6. Secondly I'm just amazed at how a order that has been shipped is RECALLED by the online store I ordered from, which has never happened to me before. Certainly was a big waste of time, and definitely not happy with how Dell dealt with it. I could understand the action if I got a $500 computer for that price, but in this case it was $20 for something that is at best $65.
Bought: WD Blue PC SSD WDS250G1B0A - Solid state drive - 250 GB - internal - 2.5-inch
Been looking for a power-house PC to upgrade to, and this was great with the coupon saved $70. The additional cost to upgrade from Windows 8 to Win 8 Pro is ridiculous, however, so I skipped that.
