Find another option to Terapeak!!
3 weeks after signing up Terapeak offered a 34% discount. I called in and was told they would give me HONOR that discount on my renewal. After the who did you talk to, did you get an email to that conversation?Guess what? You got it. As the guy on the phone, Greg put it, If I cant get you that price do you feel our services are of no value to you. My advice, If there is another option out there, take it!! They do NOT care about their customers.

Idea is great but costly. BEWARE when you try to cancel, YOU WILL GET BILLED UNTIL YOU CALL THEM TO CANCEL. Their staff is ignorant and un-helpful. BEWARE!!!

Data provided is fine but support is woeful
I have about 20 reports set up that used to be emailed on a weekly basis. That abruptly stopped 3 months ago.
I have emailed support several times and though they tell me (how hard) they are working on it, I have yet to see it fixed.
Waiting for 3 months for a key feature of their website to be fixed is too long for me. I'm shopping for a replacement, Hammertap fits the bill.

Terapeak vs. Hammertap
I looked into both Terapeak and Hammertap and after all the research I see that Hammertap and Terapeak provides the same exact info to it's sellers. Hammertap seems to be a better option for now, Hammertap provides something Terapeak doesn't which is Seasonal trending. Hammertap is cheaper and when I contacted them they were very helpful.
Pros:Terapeak support is none existent. Live help or phone support a waste of time.

My profit margin has increased by 20% since using terapeak. It is an useful software for my ebusiness research. The statistics that I found helped hone in on who my competitors are, who is the hottest sellers around, and when people are buying.

I have been selling t-shirts on ebay for a few months now, but our shirts were selling slowing. I found terapeak online and it gave me a competitive advantage on analyzing the data on who the top sellers are on ebay to understanding product trends of successful auctions. With that knowledge, we were able to change our designs to fit more with our target audience.

I like to take advantage of the ebay research tool software Terapeak to help come up with new products to sell on eBay. Terapeak will show me the day of the week, what hour of the day, to what function to use of consumer behaviors. It is absolutely mind blowing.

TeraPeak 5.0 has been a useful tool to me as a eBay power seller. It has really saved me money and time with valuable ebay research data.

With terapeak I was able price my items for sale on Ebay more competitively. The software is easy to use and I can viewed other auctions that have been successful. I am pleased by the accurate data that it generates on Ebay.

Terapeak is a valuable software used to generate market analysis on ebay. I was able to become an ebay powerseller in under a year. I couldn't have gotten there without the research that Terapeak conducted for our team to see.
