AWFUL PRODUCT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

It is the worst company EVER!

I ordered some dolls to give as Christmas present and they came 3 months after the last day of promised delivery period !!!

I send them messages 8 times and every time they told me to wait. It seems that your messages go directly to trash.

Out of 3 packages, just two of them arrived which I could probably use for the next Christmas !

They finally told me to send the packages back to China to get the refund with a shipping price more than the item itself !!!

I've bought two Bluetooth headsets from them as well. None of them worked and they were of awful quality.

Thanks to Motorola customer service they replaced them with new ones !!

Same thing to me. I paid almost 450 dollars and they sent me 2 phones that cost 80 dollars. I ordered many things in this order but only those two came in. AVOID FOCALPRICE. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Theives and swindlers

Sent incorect item, damaged on arrival, refused to refund without me returning it to them tracked which would cost more than 50% of costs. PayPal no help refused claim because I wouldn't return item at my cost. Their RMA system does not work and I have had about 80 communications with them trying to get a refund, started posting as many negative reviews as possible. Also beware of identity theft and customs charges and be aware that they pay people to post positive reviews and add their BS products to deal sites.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE JOKERS

Company ships defective items

To add salt to the wound, they run around and suggest that you bring it to an electronic shop to fix the item. Then they want to offer a credit for future purchases. AS IF THERE WILL BE ANY FUTURE PURCHASE. Worst merchant ever. They will not refund or take care of their customers. WATCH OUT.

From Festus MO...Purchased a "9700 dual SIM GSM network cell (order number T4730557) phone" from them after checking to see that it would work on my current provider. It took over a month to arrive, but not strange for overseas mail. Installed the SIM and no matter what, it said "No service". Took it in to ATT, they tried it. Said it should work, but wouldn't, so considered it defective. Contacted Focalprice for an RMA. Over a period of two weeks and countless messages, they offered me a coupon good for 15.pp USD to use in their store and I keep the phone, then 7.00 and I keep the phone, or I pay the exorbitant air mail postage and they would refund my money. I think I will just take it out and use it for target practice.

The phone is a cheap, counterfeit Blackberry, it even SAYS Blackberry Bold on it, but on the Research in Motion (who makes the real Blackberry) the specs on the real one are different, and NONE of them have a FM radio built it with a cheap, extendable antenna that you have to slide out like the old cheap AM/FM radios that we had when I was a kid. Basically, they are a blackmarket seller of counterfeit goods that honor no warranty, BUYER BEWARE and go somewhere else!!!!

I REALLY do not recommend buying from them...

I got four network cards (sku CD027X).

The information on their site claimed these cards support "gigabit" ethernet.

When I testsed them it turns out the cards can only work at 10 & 100Nbps, NOT 1000Mbps.

They seem to have noticed the error on their site and corrected it. now it says its a "10/100" card

I asked them to refund the full sum but although they admited their mistake they where not willing to refund until I returned the cards on my expense!

They offered several partial refunds but I'm not going to pay for their mistake!

Their auful customer service kept asking me to "kindly send back the items for a full refund" and ignored the fact that the shipment costs more then their worth!

I urge you not to get involved with this site. there are other sites that offer the same products for the same prices, and I had a much better experience with them (dealextreeme for example)

Besides a place to loose your money at, is there anything that they follow thru with or ship? Over 2 weeks since order was placed. The order STILL has not been processed. There is no

phone # to talk to somebody. Have had 1 response to my email request for an update. I believe it was a computer generated reply. So far so bad.

Totally useless, were once better, but now they are useless, they sell rubbish and average about two weeks before an order even leaves them. So if you're not in a hurry order and it'll usuallly turn up.

Don't waste time trying to return anything faulty, they'll claim all sorts of excuses, but never send replacements.

Their ticket system is monitored by imbiciles, such stupid answers and never solutions.

Once again, the majority of stuff I have bought from them is bad quality and copies, I now only order a couple of regular items that quality cannot be bad on and I'm never in a hurry for them as I order a MONTH IN ADVANCE. Avoid, they are worse now that DX ever was.

I have tried for three weeks now to place an order. Received the order number and immediately paid with Paypal.

Almost three weeks later, I have contacted the company and they replied that it was a system bug and to order again. So I did. Gave them the list of items and the order number. Guess what, that order was a system bug also...

Placed a third order, waiting to see what line of bull I get this time. How many system bugs can a company have?

I'll never order from them again.

Cellphone did never show up. They told me everything was shipped from Hong Kong in their "biggest" envelope together with the other items. (The envelope was A5 size).

I could fit like 3 fingers in the space that was left in the parcel. How can they make space for a cell phone box in that tiny space that was left???

This store is a joke, stay away.

Horrible customer service. I received a defective HD enclosure and have not yet received a refund yet, after more than thirty messages back and forth. They keep on repeating the same thing, which is not solving the problem. They issue multiple coupons for refund, but only one coupon is allowed per transaction. Also there is a 'minimum' amount to use the coupon and discounted items do not count. I have to actually spend twice the money they owe me to get my money back. Unbelievable. Also they are not smart enough to understand important details in messages, so I end up explaining everything with attached figures or write some words in capital letters. Beware.

They suck! They shipped me 3 Nintendo DS screens and 2 were faulty. After I demanded a refund they gave me the run-around for 3 weeks and then closed my account. When I contacted them from another account they said my account was "forbidden" because I was being unreasonable. Uhhh... excuse me?! Requesting a refund for damaged merchandise is unreasonable how?!!

I'm trying to figure out how to take legal action against them! But I know for the amount of money involved it will just end up costing me a fortune.

I ordered a few very small cheap items, totalling $20 in november, nothing ever arrived.

I contacted them and after several emails and a mention of legal action they finally replied saying i should go through their "RMA" request system. then after 5 RMA's sent, still nothing back and now i cant even log into my account on their site to continue moaning at them.

This place is a joke. I've been trying to buy something via a PayPal promotion which linked me to their site. The original items I ordered were not actually in stock, supposedly, and neither have the 32 items I've tried to substitute. Apparently their website has nothing to do with their inventory.

Like others have mentioned, I had fraudulent activity on my credit card almost immediately after using it to purchase an item from FocalPrice.com. I think that they are crooks...Thankfully, American Express shut down that card and deleted those charges. Two weeks later, I haven't gotten my order from them yet. We will see if it ever arrives.

Quality For Low price!

When I first logged onto focalprice.com , I was looking for a decent smartphone which wouldn't cost me a bomb. I came across a wide variety of smartphones which were under 70$. The items which were available were amazing; They looked good , They performed well and they seemed too good to be true!

Being so impressed I ordered one of the phones ( order number FPTTK54875FQ ) Using an 8% coupon they gave upon registering.

I received the phone after 1 and a half weeks Only , and I am truly impressed with the phone. Besides it coming without an SD card ,It's hardly any different from the $600 there are out there in the market.

I truly recommend shopping from focalprice.com for great deals which will not let you down!

I have ordered few times already from focalprice and have to say, so long i got perfect items for my money.

Ex: the sunglasses were perfect last time, not to mention they are 100% UV protected, bringed it for a check. Also the iphone 4 case fits like a charm, haven't found a better one yet.

Shipping time is also fine, got my items within 10 work days all the time, thats pretty good compared to other sites.

So all in one, fast delivery, nice items, and overall very cheap compared to our country.

I bought a cellphone dual sim.

they made a mistake and sent a single sim cellphone.

for 20 days was arguing with them and complaining about it and no RMA.

At last got a RMA for refund and sent phone to china.

I too have been cheated by Focalprice. They offer many items for a very good price. On my first order (#xx50772) of over $100, I received most items over the course of 3 MONTHS, but not the most expensive item. They just kept telling me to wait a little longer. That it had been shipped (without email notification or tracking number given for all other shipments). I believed them. I ordered again, four items, and received two (the most expensive ones) the others were also listed as shipped on the site when I looked a few weeks later. They did not enclose a packing list so I assumed that the others would follow. No, just cheated out of the other two. Some of the items I did receive were of acceptable quality and good price, just that their shipping is slow and they lie about what has been shipped.

Great prepaid prices, but watch out if the item turns out to be defective. You must pay the return freight. Service is slow and they will try to nickel & dime you for additional shipping costs.

Avoid this company. I ordered a VGA splitter from them, They did send any shipping notification so was surprised over 2 weeks after I ordered, the package it came from China. The splitter does not work and Focal Price support suggests my friends look at it. I only spent $20 on this splitter I am glad I did not spend more. AVOID FOCALPRICE.COM

I will NEVER order from focalprice again. After taking 3 weeks to send order with no communication, I finally received the wrong product. I spent weeks going back and forth with emails to try to resolve. They then told me they would send me the correct product if I sent them more money. They are HORRIBLE to deal with!!!!!

Ordered a few items from them over a month ago and received a confirmation email a few days later claiming the goods had been shipped however I never received them. Sent a couple of follow-up emails since last week but no reply. Did a research about them and apparently they are notorious for not sending out goods that people order.

I have filed a claim with Paypal and hopefully I can get my money back (not much but just hate to be ripped off).

Stay away from this site.

don't trust these guys. order elsewhere! i ordered something over 2 months ago and still haven't received it. multiple emails to their customer "service" only resulted in horribly pieced-together canned email responses. pay a few bucks more and get better quality at newegg.

My order number: FPTST79410UH This order took one day for them to complete, i had it in my hand, on the other side of the earth only one week after shipment. This place is great! Been shopping from other sites in China before, but now this i my number one.

I ordered a iphone earplugs, protector and enhancement for ps3 controller, and one ps3 controller and iphone protector. This for only 27 dollar. That is kinda sick easy! At local store a ps3 controller cost over 60 dollars.

I believe (so far) that Focalprice.com is a good company but has to try harder to become even better. All the things ive purchased until now were fine, except only one time a tablet pc became faulty but with the help of the customers service i got it replaced with a good one. The best site of its kind

Every day Focalprice is enriched with new products in its catalog, and now with a new layout simpler and faster. I know Focalprice for a year and a half and I have ordered several times and several products on the site. Find everything and a good price, and when my friends see my new gadgets, often ask me to buy them for them. This month I bought a tablet of 9 "with the best features, and comparing the product on other websites or in other stores, I have not found anything close to that price. Obviously as soon as I talked about my new tablet to my friends , one of them wanted to order a tablet for him :) Usually shipments to Italy employ a total of 20-25 days to arrive. Unfortunately I still have not received the product because it stopped at customs. I hope to receive it as soon as possible and to prove it.

order number FPTKE40653XC hice este pedido desde mexico, solicite el envio gratis el cual es por sepomex, despues de esperar un buen tiempo me di cuenta que el pedido no llego, ni siquiera aparecia el numero de guía, ya lo daba por perdido, al memento de contactarme con focalprice, me hicieron un pequeño cuestionamiento, me pidieron esperara una semana mas, y al no tener respuesta de sepomex, me dieron una devolución completa del dinero con un cupón.

cabe resaltar que eh hecho muchos pedidos en focalprice y este fue el unico que sufrio este percance, aun asi la solucion fue rapida y expedita.

Order number FPTSU70926U2 i bought a tablet and some cases ... i had issues with products that appeaared as "in stock" but actually they werent (happened to me twice) ... customer service always refunded me in 2 days time and they always showed themlselves eager to add items to theorder so that i could replace the non-stock ones ... i recommend the page, you can't get anything at that price here in argentina

Customer service response is pretty fast, though they tend to not understand what you are saying, its like theyve got a recorde message for each complaint i have ... maybe they could put people that could actually speak in english

Can't prove it, but since a friend of mine sent me their email to check it out, I ended up having identity theft. All my contacts have been sent messages, from China and in very poor English, supposedly coming from me as they are using my address, for an electronic co. called "funsdy", which has a dummy address and cannot be traced. I have been bombarded with messages from contacts wondering what I'm doing. Can't seem to find a way to stop this. If anyone has any ideas, please HELP!!! I'm suspecting that when my friend ordered from FocalPrice, their data was either sold or hacked and when he forwarded me their advert, I got hacked, as well. Like I said, I can't prove it but I would certainly like to know if anyone has any info or assistance to pass my way. Thanks

Tablet is quite nice, fast and solid. Main problem is battery, very low! just 1hour and half. Another little problem with calibration on the top part of display. Anyway u cannot expect more from this price.

I installed many programs and games and all works fine.

I also upgraded firmware without any problem.

Item arrived in about 1 month, not bad for Italy, in a good and solid package.

I'm quite satisfied with Focalprice, I will surely buy something again.

Less than 2 weeks shipping

Fine 7 Genius Tablet PA, United States order number FPTTL848960Z After waiting for 7 business days I checked the website FP gave me for tracking information and realized that they do their express shipping to USA through Fedex. So I entered the tracking info and Fedex showed me that the item was arriving the next day. Excellent express shipping and the product was in good condition :)
