im disgusted i ordered merchandise 12/8 I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery the order just sat there with a bogus ups number attached to it i ordered these things for a 12/16 birthday and should have had them in plenty of time i did not get an email saying the order had troubles being processed it just sat there
i have many friends with children who love wwe and i will discourage them from using your site nancy kurpeski

My 5 year old son is the biggest WWE fan. I ordered a total of 4 items on 12/19 for Christmas and recieved only 2 items. The tracking number N6071775 and order form said that all items were shipped complete. I called WWE Shop and was advised the other items were on back order, then she said she could put another order thru for next day. My first order was suppose to be next day also by the way. I requested a refund for the additional 2 items. I dont think I will ever use this site to order anymore WWE merchandise.

If you are planning to shop here for a birthday or Christmas present as I have done, please use caution. My son's entire christmas List consisted of WW merchandise. I ordered on 12/14 and was given tracking on 12/15. Still no record of shipping 4 days before christmas. Their support staff explains that it takes 48 hours to process another 48 hours for verification ....blah, blah, blah. Even today they are still advertising that they will ship in time for Christmas if you order today by midnight. I will NEVER shop here again. My order was over 300.00 and will be sent back as soon as it arrives!N6044470 was my order # in the event WWE SHOP would want to make things right

I LOVE THE SITE
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRODUCTS it comes really fast nice and clean packaging i love the tags how it has the WWE logo on it and the shop is very super professional that i will continuously order from the shop over and over again and I want to Thank The Shop and The Crew so so Much for selling me really nice products

Wrong product sent
I ordered a standee 10 days in advance of my husband's 40th birthday party-Order number ended in 7479-0, Charlottesville, VA. I paid for 2 day shipping so item would arrive in plenty of time. When item arrived, it was the wrong product. I called immediately to request replacement and stressed that it needed to arrive by a certain date to make it in time for the party. When that date arrived, no item so I called again. THEY NEVER SHIPPED THE ITEM! Ruined plans for a funny birthday party!
