Customer service of Disney stinks!! They are not helpful at
all even when you give them all the information.
They just tell you to call a different number and that one is
not helpful either. They fully had it in their power to EASILY
correct the problem, but did not care to do so. I will be
very hesitant to want to purchase an item from a Disney store in the future after this incident. They never did correct the problem.
