I received 2 magazines of Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel. I did not order the magazine subscription and do not want to be billed for something I did not order. on the label the subscription # is: NBT0274949338/2#93. I called the number for the magazine and they told me it was ordered by Blue Dolphin. I called the number for Blue Dolphin and it was a number for magazine subscriptions but they told me they don't handle Blue Dolphin or The Budget Travel magazine. I'm spending my entire day trying to cancel something I did not order and do not want to pay for and even if it's free, I don't want it, because eventually one of my credit cards will charge me for it. Please cancel this subscription immediately and do not charge me. Please send me a message confirming that this has been taken care of. I give you minus one million rating for inconveniencing me this way. Please e-mail me at [email protected] asap after you have taken care of this. Thank you.

Several Subsciptions Just Never Arrived, Then Billed
I signed up for 6 magazine subscriptions. Over 3 months, eventually 3 of the magazines started coming. 3 never arrived. In month 4 I was billed $70 to keep a subscription going for the magazine titles that never arrived. Blue Dolphin said my address was showing up as undeliverable. Hmmm. But 3 titles have been making it just fine.

Unauthorized charges a year later
I ordered probably about 8 subscriptions through this company last year through a promotion on MyPoints. Just picked my subscriptions and paid for them. Well today I get a notice that my bank account is overdrawn when I just put money in it yesterday. Come to find out, Blue Dolphins has charged over $100 of subscription charges on my card. I go to their website. I don't have a password that works, get one via email. There is no phone number to contact, just an email. You go to account info, there is no account # to refer to. There is nowhere to delete my credit card info. At no time during the ordering process was there anything about auto renewals, etc. I never authorized any renewals. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau immediately and sent an email to them. I have to wait until Monday to contact my bank. This is a second bank account that I use and had just put in $200 into checking yesterday. Thank God this wasn't my main bank account because god knows how many charges would have been on there. They charged everything they could, which was 4 subscriptions amounting to over $100 and left me with a -$0.68 balance. Beware that this company is not to be trusted and will charge you a year later without your consent.

playboy magazine
Just received an email, after receiving 2 magazines from a 12 month subscription, which was $2.00. They are going to charge me $30 for autorenewal, which was never agreed to. Playboy magazine has not been renewed by myself at all. This company definitely needs a call center! Am notifying my bank to stop payment and no charges will be made. Will see them in court if this occurs, have subscribed to 10 magazines total.
Pros:Some professional honest business owners as well.

Run Away!!
Never received one issue!! Customer service would not address my concerns. This is apparently a scam company. Do not do business with them! They took my money and never delivered. I have contacted them multiple times to attempt to resolve.

Refund magazine order
I am receiving a magazine called "Outside" which apparently was subscribed through Blue Dolphin without my permission or knowledge. I have called "Outside" Customer Service and cancelled my subscription. The subscription was for two years ending June 2022. I would like Blue Dolphin to return any deposit or refund my account for this order. I would appreciate an answer to explain how this order was placed and under whose direction. The Outside order number is 0078054939. Great deals on top magazines
Really enjoy their selection of titles and they have the best prices for the first year of the subscription. I got 3 magazines for just $6. It was very easy to cancel the ones I didn't one when it was time for my renewals. I cancelled 1 and kept 2!
