I think I know why so many more complaints end up being entered than praises....it is just more more of an incentive when someone is unhappy to enter their thoughts....but I decided NOT to let that be the case....
I was THRILLED that a company really has their act together....and it was wonderful to experience such a professional process....Rush My Passports has there act down SERIOUSLY....I got my passport in hand.....including the weekend...in literally 5 days from when I put everything in the mail....The checklist that was provided was wonderful!

GREAT service. Ordered brand new passport 06/15/10. Received passport and all documents (birth certificate/marriage certificate) 06/21/10. They assigned a personal pepresentative to my order number. He walked me through the entire process to get all documents ready to mail. I called three times and spoke to him each time. Tracked delivery of documents via FedEx. Received notification of shipment of new passport. My husband and I organize mission trips for our church and have used this service once before to get last minute passport for a teammember. They schedule appointments & hand deliver paperwork to passport office so once you agree to their services you are agreeing to pay for it. This type of service is not cheap but when you need a passport quickly it's worth it!

I found the service at Rushmypassport.com to be extremly professional and courteous. I left emails and they were responded to very quickly. I was kept abreast of each step in the processing of my Passport. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to have your passport expedited.

i feel that it is my duty to place another review of rush my passport. i just wrote a review and then read all of the other reviews. i am actually quite shocked at what i read. i am actually really glad that i didnt read these reviews before i signed up with this company because i probably wouldnt have used them. i am not gonna say that all of the unsatisfied people on this review are lying, i just done get it. i had a wonderful experience with this company. everything was done exactly as they said it would be done. i was referred to RMP by a friend who also was very happy with the results. i know that it is hard to tell if someone writing this review works for the company and is trying to highten their rating, but i promise i dont work for RMP. i am a bartender at a steak house in boston. i have saved for quite a while for this trip and was very nervous about this site. i am so pleased with the results! i am sorry for all the people who had a bad experience, that completely sucks! i read one review in particular, the last one. im sorry miss, but your an idiot. if you have four months to get your pass then it is YOUR fault for using this company. RMP is a business and will act like a business. i dont know what you do for work, but it is downright stupid to turn away business. of course they aren't going to tell you that you dont need to use them, they are trying to make money. if you werent so dumb you would have read on the site that if you have a problem with the post office sealing the envelope that you can go to orbitz and print itinerary that says you ARE in fact leaving within ten days. dont blame this company for your stupidity! as far as everyone else, i am not sure what your issue was, but my experience was wonderful! thank you rush my passport cause in four days i am out of a new england winter and into sunny aruba!

I had to get a passport renewed and a visa for China in just two weeks. I am very demanding and want what I want, when I want it. I know that I put a lot of pressure on Joshua Bradshaw from Expedited Travel. He walked me through the process and called back when I wanted information. He was on top of everything. I would use them again. Excellent customer service!

SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. I FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS AND COULD EMAIL WITH QUESTIONS AND GOT ANSWERS PROMPTLY.
AUTOMATIC CALLS WOULD UPDATE ME AS EACH STEP WAS PROCESSED. I HAVE PAID OTHER SERVICES AND NEVER COMPLETED THE TASK UNTIL NOW.

I don't know what everyone is talking about. I paid $200 to get my passport within 10-12 days. They received my documentation via fedex on 2/1 and I received my passport on 2/3. My rep was super helpful. I emailed him about twice a day with various questions (since getting the correct documentation and forms can be confusing), he always responded within 24 hours and was super helpful. I would def recommend to my friends.

They totally ripped me off. I submitted the application and they called me back saying they couldn't use the card, I needed another. I told them I didn't have another so Sabrina said she would cancel the appointment. They later charged the card anyway, hanging up on me when I called to dispute it. I even have the voice mail from Sabrina telling me I had to get them another card in order for the service to be completed. Can I give them negative stars?

I have to post a second comment... The reason I did disregard the negative comments was because I had already submitted the online for to start the process with rushmypassport.com and yes I did get charged immediately which was expected since the web page told me this would be the case. If you look at all of the negative comments on this company the common theme is people that decided to cancel their order. Most of those people I would imagine didn't have as urgent of a need as I had. My travel was in less than 4 weeks; it came up be surprise so was literally an unplanned travel opportunity my company was providing for me. As I understand it the company rushmypassport.com sets an appointment for you and when they do that the ball is "rolling" so to speak. I'm sure if I owned a company and started the process for someone; reducing the opportunity for someone else to gain that same appointment; & if I had workers on the phones and emails processing orders and conducting business; I would have pretty strict stipulations about unnecessary cancelations etc. Bottom line; in my sincerest opinion I hope anyone reading this review that is considering canceling or going with another similiar organization; I hope you take my word as a consumer; use this company; I hope you have as good of an experience as I had; & finally I encourage you to come back and post a review about your postive experience with this company. It was in fact an excellent experience for me. So much so that I will go out to several of the sites where I saw all of these negative comments and I will post comments similar to the one (well actually 2) I am posting on this site.

When I was submitting my credit card information online the site prompted me to re-enter my credit card information because it was acting like I was entering it wrong or something. So I gave up and went with another company. Turns out they charged my credit card EIGHT TIMES! I'm going to have to dispute the charges with AmEx. What a nightmare.

Terrible service. We've called often for updates and they won't respond. Documents sit in their mail room for days untouched. (They told us they hadn't arrived, but we had UPS signatures to prove they had arrived two days earlier.) Later they sent emails saying the passports had shipped and would arrive the next day. Three days later Fedex still had not picked up the documents. Joshua told us it was a computer glitch, that he pressed the wrong button. (We call that user error, not a computer glitch.) What should have been a seven days expedite is now going into its 23rd day. Trip had to be cancelled.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their MO: 1. Charge your credit card immediately 2. Collect all of your PERSONAL INFORMATION (everything needed to steal your identity) 3. Toss a coin whether you will get your passport on time 4. Avoid any phone calls from the customers - Do not pick up the phone 5. Deny all refund requests (even if made immediately after placing the order, which is allowed per their own posted Terms and Conditions)

My son has waited also 2 months for his passport from rushmypassport.com. He too paid money up front. He has spoken to someone by the name of David Valderrama who has called my home as well (just to give us the run around). Now I have tried to make contact with both David personally at 1-561-337-1011 and also the toll free number: 1-866-251-1277 with NO response. The message states they are with other customers. My son was promised QUICK service. That is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS. I agree they should be found (if possible) and also charged with fraud.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! This company is horrible. I spent $350 with them. They took my money but did not deliver my passport. I missed my trip and I lost my money. Now no one will return my calls or answer my e-mails. Terrible experience. Go to a passport office yourself, or reschedule your trip!

I lost my passport and needed it within a week. I browsed and found rushmypassport. I filled out the application, put in my debit card information, and hit submit. However, after doing so I found out that I could receive my passport quicker by going to an agency(I should have done more research beforehand). I had submitted my information to rushmypassport late on a Sunday night when offices were closed, so I left a message on "live chat" and also called the number that was on my confirmation e mail and left a voicemail, both stating that I would need a refund. I was aggravated that I had not received a call back by the filling afternoon, so I called rushmypassport again. The guy left a message with the refund department for me and she called back within hours. She was extremely nice and quickly e mailed me the three question refund request. I answered three simple questions and had my refund within 5 business days. I did mention to the lady about the reviews I've read about people not receiving a refund. She stated that it happens when people fill out an application then don't respond to their calls, or they don't ask for a refund within the allotted time.

Had no idea such a service existed. It was pure serendipity that I came across a Web link to RushMyPassport when I discovered a week before our departure that one of our passports had expired one month previous. Panic! But James Rosier was terrific. Patient and reassuring, he guided the process to a successful conclusion even after a glitch over the required passport photo. As promised we received the renewed passport within 3 days. So now it's off to bermuda! Thanks, James....

Rushmypassport order number 253034 did everything they promised and more. Realized on 3/24 that wife's passport had expired and we were leaving for the Bahamas on 4/10. Contacted Russmypassport on 3/24 and was able to ship necessary documents on 3/25. Excellent email and phone communication from them. Passport was promised by 4/6, arrived on 4/2. Great job Russmypassport, you saved our trip!

Worth Every Penny
If you have half of a brain and follow directions, you can get your passport in two days like I did. The coordinator calls you to make sure you're doing everything properly to hasten the process. I needed a first time passport and thought "Oh, no biggie I'll just get it the week before my trip" because I thought that's how it worked. Luckily rushmypassport exists and yes it's expensive, but if you're in a bind and need it ASAP, it's worth it.

We realized, less than three weeks from our departure date, that our passports had expired. I went online to look for the most expedited way to get our passports renewed, and came across the website for RushMyPassport. I started to fill out the paperwork online, but then worried that it might not be legitimate, so I left that website and went to the U.S. government passport website to see what they said about how long it would take to get our passports. Knowing from past experience that they usually take longer than they say, I didn't want to risk it. While pondering this, I received a call from Jack at RushMyPassport, regarding my half-completed paperwork. He told me a little about their business and assured me that they were legitimate. He told me to Google "Expedited Travel" as well as RushMyPassport, to check out reviews. I found this site and started reading the reviews. I'll admit, the reviews calling the company a scam and saying that the positive reviews were written by the company itself made me nervous. The good reviews seemed legit to me, so I took a chance. Ken Altman was assigned as our specialist and he remained in contact with me through the whole process. I had e-mail addresses and phone numbers for both Ken and Jack. They were available to answer any questions, and I did call Ken with one. RushMyPassport saved our vacation and I would highly recommend this service to my friends and family. It's worth the extra money to have somebody handle everything and make sure that it is done accurately and efficiently!

They were great! I cannot thank them enough. They were patient and helpful. I emailed 3 times the first night, and got responses, even though it was about 10pm EST. The next day, I had to call 3 times, just to clarify things that I didn't understand. Again, very patient, very clear instructions! We got my daughter's passport in one week, AND one day earlier than they promised! Trust them. They work miracles!

I reviewed Kevin Ropp's order number 125723 and he was told about first overnight delivery inbound and outbound at $50 each by the case manager. The charge for the upgrade in shipping was authorized by him on the phone June 30, 2010, 10:34 am. He was submitted at a location that required the documents to be there before 9am and needed it returned at that time too. As he admits in his review, he got the passport as agreed and standard FedEx clearly would not have. Case closed.
Helen Vo leaves out that most Americans either do not live within driving distance of a regional center or have jobs and can't take a road trip to get a passport. She also admits to cancelling the order after finding the passport (and most likely after she agreed to waive the cancellation period and was assigned to a limited reservation at the agency). I cannot find anyone with that name in the system but that is my guess.
The moral of the story is read the terms you are stating you agree with, don't just click boxes and enter your credit card on websites if you do not have a firm understanding of what you are attempting to do.

Total scam, unless you need your passport absolutely the next day. There's very fine print somewhere that says if you don't cancel it within a 24 hour period, you won't get any of your money back. My post office turned out to expidite a passport for much less. I wrote them, asked for my money back, and it took them over a week to respond. Even BBB couldn't handle the case because they claimed something about such and such 24 hour cancellation period that I never saw and I read everything over carefully. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE A PAYMENT BEFORE SPEAKING TO THEM OVER THE PHONE AND GETTING EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM SUPPOSED "CASE HANDLERS"
Very poor service indeed, along with sketchy claims to "guarentee" your passport on your doorstep instantly.
Not a fake bad review. This is in reguards to order #112666 sent from Wisconsin.

SCAM, DO NOT USE RUSH MY PASSPORT, obviously all the good reviews here were written by them.. They do not, I REPEAT do not expedite anything. I lost 300 + Dollars trying to get my passport in 2 days. Here I am 10 days after and no passport, They dont answer the phone nor my emails. DO NOT USE!

The site is a scam. They took my information, charged me without service and I'm trying to get my money back through my credit card company but it's taking a long time because they are disputing it with false claims. Do not use this site, you can get your own passport for a lot cheaper by going through government channels.

Do not use this company. You get nothing for the money that you send them. You do not receive the "welcome phone call introducing your rep" and if there are any problems, you do all of the footwork. They have been no help to us by any means. We are people with little money; we needed an expedited passport and paid the fee - we had a delay and they didn't help us at all. When we called the passport office, they said NEVER NEVER use this service. Pay for the expedited service (if needed)through the IS Passport website when filling out the paperwork for your passport. It is really unfortunate that these people are still in business. I don't believe this is a big company, I think that only a couple of people work in this office. Shame on you!

THIS COMPANY IS SERIOUSLY VERY BAD. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE YOU SUBMIT IT. THEN IT WON'T SUBMIT. WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND, THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU A REFUND BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF VISAS THEY CAN DO WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT AND SO THEY LOSE THAT BUSINESS IF YOU SET UP A SPACE (?!?!?!) I obtained my passport in 3 business days. Is expensive but if you need your passport this is a solution that works. I liked receiving messages about the status on the process every time there was a new event.
