nice skirt from milanoo

I bought a long skirt at milanoo.com on June 23rd and I got my skirt one and a half weeks later. Itís so great, the style is exactly what showed on the picture meanwhile the quality and fabric are both very good and it fits me very well. Except that what I appreciate most is the sweet job of the customer service of milanoo.com. At the beginning, I accidentally chose the wrong size and ordered. Three days later, I checked the information of my order and figured out the mistake. I emailed the costumer service of milanoo.com nervously, wondering greatly whether they can help me out of that (anyhow itís totally my own false and I failed to realize the mistake and connect with them within 48 hours). To my greatest surprise, they emailed me back immediately with polite words. They said they would help me to change the size as soon as I give them my order number. I was so happy and replied the email instantly with my order number (En-uk_120727110159_081) and the right size. Few minutes later they told me the problem was solved. I was so grateful and excited. Thanks milanoo.com and its great CS DPT.

    This White Embroidery Vest Satin Flower Girl Dress (ORDER NUMBER: #05620014989) from Milanoo is really gorgeous and beautiful. I ordered it on March 21, 2012. PO# en-uk_120321012155_145, and it arrived on 20th of April. It was really hard to wait for so long. PS: this is the only disadvantage for this purchase. But the dress is wonderful!! It came in exactly like the picture. I love the embroidery of the train because it is so elegant and fine. I think the embroidery may be made by hand. It is awesome. The design is not that complicated, just the style of my dear niece. She loves it very much! This dress definitely worth a shot. I will buy more from Milanoo.

It took a month to get the dress finally, from china to Virginia USA. Thank god I placed the order 2 months before wedding day. But when I try it on, even surprise myself, definitely worth the wait!! The quality is beyond my expectation, the off-shoulder design makes me look so sexy, and half sleeves perfectly cover my thick arms. I choose the color ivory; looks the same as in the pic. Very elegant, the guests said I always have such good taste! So happy! Thank you, milanoo, u make great contribution to my wedding!

After having a great experience in ordering discount formal gowns on an online site, it was appealing to see the Milanoo site feature nice debutant gowns at very inexpensive prices. My group is fundraising during difficult economic times so it was great to not have to spend high retail prices for a ball gown that may be worn only once. If I had seen these reviews ahead of time, then I would NOT have bothered. An order for three (3) gowns was placed early January and my credit card cleared on January 8th for full payment ($300). A delivery date was set for January 30th. It is now the third week of February and no package has been delivered! NO ONE from customer service has responded to my inquiries and NO ONE is available to speak to directly (even the online chat). It would be nice to have some idea of the status of my order. The pageant is scheduled for the last weekend in March. It would not only be embarrassing for our group and damaging to our reputation, but heartbreaking for the teenage contestants and families if we are not able to get these gowns in time for the event. If I do not get any feedback from Milanoo by the end of this week, then legal action will be pursued. (Based on the other sour reviews, this company should get "zero" stars, but that option is not available.) Greensboro, NC, USA

    Purchased 3 wedding dresses from them. All were damaged, needle holes in the front, stains, ink marks, etc. Return policy said that you could only return items that were defective and would require pictures. I sent a request for a return authorization and the pictures of the defects. They offered me 10% of my order back saying that it would cost me a lot to ship my order back to them. I replied back that it wouldn't cost me $175.00 to ship back. Still waiting on a response from them. I would not recommend buying products from them unless you have money to waste.

    I ordered about 8 items from this company on 9/28. After waiting nearly a month to receive my order, I found that the mens XL I had ordered were in reality what seemed like mens smalls (I am a female, size 4 and they fit me much better than my boyfriend who typically wears a mens large). So I asked for directions on how to return it.

    I spent $45 dollars on return shipping to receive my about $65 dollars back (i figured getting 20 bucks back was better than nothing). But clearly I was wrong.

    The tracking information notes that it was successfully delivered on Nov 1. I have been in constant contact with these people and they just keep saying be patient. But they received it 12 days ago and still say they do not have it!

    To me I see this as a fraudulent company selling things in wrong sizes and not returning money for returns. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

    Beautiful Wedding Party Dresses From MIlanoo

    Actually I bought the mother of the bride dress for my mom, after about 3 months of looking at the bride shops, I didn't find anything we like, so I found Milanoo.com and decided to take a chance. I went for custom made and ordered the dress on Nov.20, 2011(order number : en-uk_111120165209_573). I received it within a month and the quality was great. There are also built in bras that I didn't know about before, it was a great added extra so it's not going to slip down all day. The only thing I will note is I ordered burgundy and when it arrived it looks like the ruby, but I loved it anyway and Iím thrilled with it!

    Yes, worst customer service ever. ordered 2 dresses, 1 was way too small, but I figured it was my fault for not reading the size chart. the second didn't even look like the picture, when I sent pictures, they said "There is unavoidble disparity between the real item and the picture due to light, angle and so on." and yes, unavoidable was spelled wrong. the difference was CLEAR, and what I received was gaudy. I am still trying to get a manager to approve this, but I am afraid I'm stuck. AWFUL, experience. I've shopped online and in stores a LOT, AND I deal with manufacturers and distributors every day in my job.. and this is BY FAR the worst company I've ever worked with. Do yourself a favor, stay as far away from Milanoo as you can, it's a four letter word.

    I am so upset. Reading these reviews, is my life right now. We pushed back the wedding a week because the dress wasn't done. It is in five days, and the dress still hasn't been shipped. I have heard all the lame things Tracy and Peggy have to say. Peggy says UPS is to blame because they don't work on weekends!     i have spoken on live chat well over 20times from then till now and sent just about as many emails, i sent pictures and complaint letters via email and i'm still getting nowhere or hearing anything back from them, it is appalling and i would never ever recomend anyone to use them ever for anything. the last i heard from them was the 25th of january saying This is Jack from Milanoo, the customer service representative.

When it arrived it was cheap and nasty nylon. despite e-mailing photos of the label which states that it is nylon and lodging a complaint with Paypal I am still awaiting a refund 2 months later.

    I, too wish that I had seen this site earlier. I would never buy from them again.

    I was completely unsatisfied by Milanoo. I made a huge mistake ordering my bridesmaids dresses through this company. Originally, I ordered one orange bridesmaid dress. I was very impressed,the orange color was very unique especially with the unique tie up in the back even though I didn't notice that was art of the dress on the website. The dress didn't flow like the picture displayed. I had to switch a bridesmaid with another friend, because she was concerned about her weight would show with our the flowing feature as shown in online picture. I had the remaining 5 bridesmaids order their own dresses. The second dress that arrived was not the same color, it was a cheap, shiny pinkish orange. The unique tie was NOT in the back, rather a zipper that was poorly sewn on (as if a beginner was sowing). The 3rd and 4th dress arrived 5 and 6 inches too short! I lost a bridesmaid in my wedding, because Milanoo wouldn't resolve this problem. The Final dress arrive with a clearly uneven hem at the bottom. I did have one sent back, after several painful emails back and forth, having to threaten. So, we all was over we had 2 dresses that were what I expected. We lost a bridesmaid and the dress was unfixable. and I had 3 bridesmaids that were willing to wear their cheap looking,uneven, too short (we tried to sew extra material on the bottom) bridesmaid dresses at my wedding. I have several pictures to display the poor quality.

    Here is what Milanoo's customer service said to me

    • Several emails consisted of "I'm sorry to hear that, please send us detailed pictures"

    • About the short dresses, that was measurement problems, which I review their orders and Milanoo's confused the measurement conversion not my bridesmaids

    • Quote from email:"All the products on our site are replicas, the manufacturer processed the dress according to the picture. There may some differences between the two dresses due to they made by different manufacturer. " They use different "manufacturers". So, dresses will come out different. WHO DOES THAT? They don't actually make the dress in the picture. I'm guessing, it appears they have students in training separately creating their own take on the dress. Which would explain the lack of sewing skills, the different color material, and the different styles on the back of the dress

    DO NOT BUY dresses from this company. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS.. You will NEVER get them to return your dress if their are any problems.

    I ordered a bridesmaid dress from these people. My order number was uk_1012071010_595I. Before I ordered, I confirmed my measurements alongside their sizing chart to confirm the size I should order. I read the reviews on that specific dress and was advised to order the dress one size up from what I usually wear and get it taken in if necessary. I did exactly that. When I received the dress, lo and behold, it didn't fit AT ALL. I couldn't even zip it up! I quickly took out my tape measure and measured the dress at the bust hip and waist areas. My suspicions were correct - the dress was nowhere NEAR tailored according to their sizing chart. I tried to return my dress emailing them photographs of their mistake. I got a response from someone named "Violet" denying me my refund as the photographs were not "clear enough" which was a complete lie as I took these photos with a 12MP camera. I probably sent her about 5 to 6 e-mails back and forth, arguing with them over a mistake that was CLEARLY their fault. All I got back were replies in broken English denying me a refund. This company is TERRIBLE! I wasted $70 on a dress that I can't even wear. Do NOT order anything from them - I had to learn the hard way.

I asked them about returning the dress, and they wanted to charge me 50% of the cost of the dress for materials and cutting (even though I paid extra for customizing) plus they wanted to charge me $20 to cover THEIR DELIVERY! So, the dress I bought for $160, they would only return me $59 - what a scam. Terrible business, PLEASE....TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, DO NOT BUY FROM MILANOO. Here's the kicker, since I was dissatisfied, they offered me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. Heck, if I am not satisfied with the product and service, what good will the 20% off do? Save your money and buy from a store where you can actually see the dress. I end up my another dress because of this.

    Order number is en-uk_1010221056_352 I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in a size 61/2 and when they arrived they were more like an 8 1/2! When I opened the package I immediately knew they weren't going to fit. I calmly thought to myself that it would be fine, I would just contact them to resolve the issue. I could have never been more wrong. They do not exchange anything or refund you, it's part of their policy. They only supposedly exchange if there is a problem with quality but they lie about that too! They tell you to send picture to a certain email address that is not valid and the issue never gets resolved. I have shoes that are too big for me and I lost money. I also ordered 3 bathing suits and have not received them. I contacted them and turns out they were sent back and they want me to pay for the shipping back to the U.S. I have spent $150 and have absolutely nothing to show for. It is a scam! After I made a huge deal about their shoe sizes being insccurate (as other's complained too I'm sure) they now changed their shoes sizes to milimeters. You know have to measure your foot. These people are idiots. I have grown to really appreciate the customer service we have here in America!!!! God Bless America!

    Please do not order from this company. They are very misleading. The assured us through email that the dress was in the mail. Two days prior to homecoming and nothing has arrived. After speaking with the online person the order has yet to be shipped. The order was placed September 15, 2010 which they billed on the same day. Today is October 13th and no dress.     Order arrived rather quick, but size was wrong (their fault).

    For weeks I'm trying to change the outfit for the right size. Provided Milanoo with pictures as requested. You have to wait for days for an answer and they send the same answer twice under different names. "Your complaint will be filed to relevant department promptly" is a sentence you"ll find in every mail. But there is no action...

    This was the first and last time I ordered from Milanoo. NOT RECOMMENDED

    I haven't ordered anything from there, but someone I know ordered a Beautiful soft pink Lolita dress from them, it arrived 3 months later (after much failed communication and even a few threats) it was horrible. The dress, instead of being knee length, came to the floor. And instead of being made of think cotton it was made of VERY cheap Polyester, the kind they make childrens costume capes out of. They would not accept a refund and they would not accept a return either. Oh, and I should mention that as a "petticoat" they sent a knee length piece of fabric with a thin Hula-hoop in it. (Knee length Petti for a floor length dress, makes sense right?)

    BEWARE: Milanoo has been known to troll sites like this and Live Journal that say they are a bad company and claim a false review of it being a good company. How to spot a Milanoo: Really bad English.

    DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a bleach costume off this website and it came much later then was expected, the zipper fell off immediately upon trying it on, it looked nothing like the picture. Total crap, cheap knock off. Very disapointed, I will tell everyone on the internet and real life about how much this so called company is a sad excuse for such. Order from a legit cosplay website ! Im not going to even attempt to get my money back, i know they will give me the run around, so my friend will try and fix my costume. They literally steal pics off other legit websites and make cheap knockoffs of them, they are terrible.

    During the spring I order my prom dress from Milanoo thinking that I order the right size since I had it "tailor". I noticed that you can choose to enter your sizing in cm or in. I chose inches. When it came I was surprise. It was so small it only fitted my teddy bear. Thinking that this was a joke I waited one more day. But no sign of my dress. So I decided to contact Milanoo and had them explain why the dress came in such a small size. They claim that it was because "I" didn't change the sizing option therefore they tailored my dress in centimeters. I try to explain that I remember I changed the sizing input but they didn't understand what I was trying to say instead they "screenshot" a page and explain to me step by step on how to order. o_0 Although they were nice enough to give me a 10% discount on which only pay for the tailor price, but I found a 15% discount coupon online and used that instead.

    I decided to order from them again because I really wanted that particular dress. Did the whole entering size and everything, I once again wanted to put my size in inches. As I was about to go complete the order I double checked this time and realize that it wasn't me who "forgot" to change the sizing input, it was the system that was changing it back to centimeters! So curious, I change it back to inches but once I click enter it changes back to centimeters. It wasn't MY fault it was all along their system fault.

    So at the end I decided to convert inches to centimeters and got my dress. It was beautiful and I received a lot of compliment my prom night. Back then I didn't care about that mistake, but a few days ago I was cleaning my room and stubble upon that dress and realize how stupid I was, realizing that I paid 120+$ for a teddy bear dress. =_=)

    Milanoo Surprised Me with High Quality Dress

    Recently, I purchased a dress from milanoo,here is my order number: en-uk_120816103559_220.And I received my dress within two weeks from the date I placed the order. The dress was packed very secure and neat. The color was a beautiful champagne color. I wear a size 14 and it fit perfect! I've never ordered clothes online before and I was extremely happy that I ordered from Milanoo. This dress was beautifully made and with the best material. I was so impressed because I used to work in a bridal shop many years ago and the quality of this dress matched that of the quality you would find in that shop.     Perfect Shoes with Sexy Feeling~~~~Milanoo~~wowo~~

    My order numbered en-uk_120830143956_610, just got it hours ago. In those 13 daysí waiting, I pictured them in my mind over and over again. When open it, I still got surprised. It looks the same as in the picture on website, but more delicate and adorable. Its real leather, sheepskin, color is bold and bright. I tried it on, very comfortable. Thanks to the platform, such heel height is not a problem at all. This is my first chunky heel shoes, easy go with dress or trousers. Very sexy and draws a lot attention. The only regret is I should order it earlier, summer gonna end in few weeks. Good thing is I can buy boots now, looking forward your Free Shipping day!

    Yes, worst customer service ever. ordered 2 dresses, 1 was way too small, but I figured it was my fault for not reading the size chart. the second didn't even look like the picture, when I sent pictures, they said "There is unavoidble disparity between the real item and the picture due to light, angle and so on." and yes, unavoidable was spelled wrong. the difference was CLEAR, and what I received was gaudy. I am still trying to get a manager to approve this, but I am afraid I'm stuck. AWFUL, experience. I've shopped online and in stores a LOT, AND I deal with manufacturers and distributors every day in my job.. and this is BY FAR the worst company I've ever worked with. Do yourself a favor, stay as far away from Milanoo as you can, it's a four letter word. I would give them a negative number if I could.

    I ordered a lolita one-piece, a JSK with blouse and bloomers from Milanoo back in feb, it wasn't until after the order was finalised and payment made that I saw all the bad reviews and the fact that most lolita forums had banned Milanoo, but I decided to wait it out and see what happened. I recieved the package only 2 days late (though this was due to the douchey mailman) and I was relieved that they weren't as bad as I thought they would be...however the measurements were off, being too big, so I will have to take both the dresses in, also the lace used on the dress was cheap and scratchy and extremely badly hemmed so I will be taking it apart and redoing it with better lace. Because they are saveable I am giving 2 stars, however I will not be buying from them again. The bloomers were wonderful though, I do love them.

    It is now well beyond 48 hours and I have still not received the promised refund. This appears to be an attempt by Milanoo to get me to change my review without refunding my money as promised. Also WHY is Milanoo allowed to give THEMSELVES 5 star reviews on this site?!!! Could someone PLEASE look into that?!!!

    My original review:

    I ordered a Robin costume from them order number en-uk_1011100246_530- it arrived in 4 weeks (to London, UK) with the bottom part of the costume (below the waist) sewn on BACKWARDS. I immediately sent them photos of the obvious problem, but only got endless runarounds (numerous chats with "Peggy" resulted in one email saying they have to check with their manufacturer - no further response to my inquires) until I gave up. Peggy asked on chat "Do you trust us?" and I said "No" because the excuses she gave were beyond belief. I was then banned from chat. It appears they blatantly refused to honour their stated return policy. I don't think anyone should even consider ordering from this company.

    I received my wedding dress today from UPS and it was not what I expected. The problems I identified are listed : The dress has glued on lace that is cut and flares up along the edge giving the dress a messy look. There are crooked seams throughout entire dress. Hanging threads give the dress an unfinished appearance (Someone couldn't cut them off?)Difference fabric was used than in picture listed on the website. The lace on the dress in the picture is spaced close together but on the dress it is inches apart. There are different sleeve shape than what is shown in the photo on your website. The sleeves in the picture are fitted. The dress sleeves are loose giving the shoulder line an unflattering appearance. The padding in bust which gives the dress an unnatural shape. I requested a specific fit, not for inches of fake foam to be added to my bust. Button closure on back is fake and only covers 1/2 of the back. There is crooked tulle on front of bodice. This has the effect of making the dress look extremely cheap. The bottom lace of dress is merely cut with no hem. This makes the dress look unfinished. The seam along top of mermaid hem is bunched in some areas but not others. Making the dress look poorly made.

    I already tried to chat with one of the customer service agents today. No one has responded. I looked at the return policy and realized Milanoo won't return items that were made to fit.

    This is unfortunate. Don't buy from this website.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from them, and it took forever to receive them. When I did receive them, the quality was poor and lop sided, and the dresses were 2 sizes too small. When I contacted customer service they gave me the run around and demanded pictures of the dresses with a tape measure laid out to prove the error. I did this and they still did not cooperate. I am left with no dresses, no money and tremedous stress for my wedding! Again, DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

    Everything I ordered was of poor quality, it was not like the photos. The colors are not the same, for example, dark brown and arrived light brown!!!

    The coats are poorly sewn, the compensation they offer is ridiculous.

    The prices are expensive for what they sell.

    Not recommended. Find the same items in other pages by half price.

    Nonexistent and arrogant post-sales service.

    With big disappointment I realized both the sandals and the boots were one size too big. Despite having measured with caution the length of my foot!

    In addition, I received boots different from those I had ordered. The tip and the heel (height / shape) are totally different!! It is scandalous!!!

    First order, 6 dresses. Horrible construction, material was really cheap and NOTHING fit. I'm 5'5"' size 6. I thought the items might run small so I ordered a large on everything. Took over 3 weeks for delivery, their customer service was no help when I contacted them about the order.

    I think this might be one of the scam companies they had on NBC news this morning. BUYER BEWARE, items look nice on website and the reviews there shouldn't be trusted. These dresses are so bad I won't even donate them to a local thrift store..they're going out in the trash. Reading their return policy, it's not worth trying to get a refund ( I have no confidence that would even happen).

    KARMA Milanoo....wouldn't want to be in your shoes.

    late delivery, wrong order, no refund

    I ordered 2 zentai suits for a costume party and paid extra for expedited shipping so they would arrive in time for the party

    On the date they were supposed to arrive I received an email stating that the items had just been shipped!

    I sent a very angry email and they replied it was a national week long holiday in China and they were not in the office?

    After the items arrived I could not make it to the post office all week and on day 6 or 7 after the suits arrived they sent me an email stating their return policy which they had not mentioned in any of our prior correspondences.

    I hadn't even bothered to open the package but when I finally did I realize they sent the wrong order.

    They're still insisting they wont refund me, so I will take this up with my bank and get my money back.

    I'm so unbelievably frustrated

    I fell in love with this particular bridesmaids dress as soon as i saw it in the pictures. Though I had always imagined the dress I would want for the bridesmaids in my wedding but this dress turned out to be better than what I had in mind. The simple pattern of the dress makes it extremely beautiful and the plain and simple belt added around the waist is the only accessory that the dress needs. The length of the dress makes it a comfortable wear. A great purchase from milanoo.
