This service ROTS! I activated the phone-and guess what, no phone number for the phone was given! I tried going going on Trac-Phones website, but guess what, you need a phone number to send a email to Trac-phone. Given Trac-Phones legendary poor Customer Service, this is just another 'Ghetto" low-quality junky service, like Unemployment and Food Stamps, which the well-off wouldn't tolerate and the poor are stuck with.
