Aiseesoft software if it works, is great. If it doesn\'t, don\'t bother trying to get assistance from the company because they just ignore your emails. They also don\'t have a phone number available for you to contact them with an issue. Their website goes on about how wonderful their support is and how they will refund for a faulty program, etc. Clearly they don\'t. I have been trying to get a response from them for four weeks. I have used every email address on their website, but they are ignoring me. You have been warned!
i have been emailing back and forth for 3 weeks now and have had no response for the last 2 weeks. really fed up and wish I had never used cucusoft.If the product does not do what it is supposed to do they should refund my money. I intend to post this everywher to warn other potential users
when you have a problem, they don't answer your emails with anything that could possibly help you, just automated responses, and then they say they have given me a refund when they have not. when asked for further details all goes quiet.
Absolute rubbish, no support, spent near £30 on it. They don't answer your emails, no phone number to ring, a waste of my money that I'll probably never get back. EXTREMLEY PEEVED OFF!
I've had my Ipod converter suite for about a month and a half. Two weeks ago I was promted to download a newer version for free. Well I did that and now the thing doesn't work at all. Forget customer service as they don't exist. If you buy this your on your own and when it fails you will simply be out the money you sent. Seems a shame that it actually worked pretty well for a month but a months service for $45 is a bit much. I'd recommend trying something else that has a support dept.
I downloaded a trial version with a water mark, the water mark is still there after I purchased the software and downloaded a clean version. Forget their tech support, they won't answer their emails. is a leftover file creating the problem.
