It was sorry easy to buy on line, try claim and then you see the real company So do not touch this one It is hell on earth to get a single physio treatment let alone surgery. the person dealing with you injury management treats you like a 3rd class person and takes weeks to come back to you when you are in great pain. I bought the travel insurance for my parents, for their vacation (35+ days). It was very easy to understand and price was accessible.
I was hoping to do not use their insurance, but my father got a small emergency, so we ended using it.
Even though I was suspicious, because I actually have to pay from my own pocket all the medical and medicine cost, I was greatly surprise with the efficiency that Worlnomads responded to our claim. In less than a week, they processed our claim and approved it to refund all the payments we did for my father emergency.
I bought a travel policy with them for a trip to Uganda. I had an accident and could only move with a wheel chair. They refused to pay back the change I had to do of my ticket.
I am now searching on how to deal with the problem through the law.
