Westerville / Ohio: I placed an order (1740***) with winebasket.com and was sorely disappointed. They advertised a basket with a bottle of wine, cookies in a gold box, chocolate almonds and bavarian chocolate hazelnuts. I got a bottle of wine, cookies in a broken box, tea cookies and more cookies! I am still waiting a response but I doubt they will follow through on their promise on my now ruined birthday surprise for my almond & chocolate loving boyfriend. You can't count on them to get it right the first time, and I definately don't feel valued as a customer. This order was sent to

Poor Customer Service
I purchased a gift basket with free shipping only to have my credit card charged a week later for an additional $10 for shipping. Weeks later and 3 e-mails sent still no reply, resolution or refund. Do not use this company as it seems they do not value their customers.
