I had a similar experience to all below. I also paid twenty dollars and months went by and never heard. I had to follow up to get my post cards sent to me . I presumed I was the only one but now I see I was not. Also after that same thing the system changed and what I paid for was not honored. So I paid 20 dollars to receive four post cards to sign and mail. Felt really ripped off.
It took months to receive anything from them as promised. I don't notice any difference in the amount of junk mail that I receive and I have sent repeated emails to them with no response. I'll never use them again.
I signed up for this on 10/07/09 and didn't get anything until TWO MONTHS later. I had thought they forgot about me. They never sent me the requests I had made on 10/07 to stop individual catalogs. Logging in today, I see that all accounts will become disabled by Jan 31, 2010. I suppose they will expect me to sign up for a new account to finish what I started in October, but with response time this slow, I will not be signing up again.
