Sirius XMRadio is killing the goose that laid the golden egg; their long standing customers.

My wife asked me to review our satellite radio bills recently. I was shocked to learn that we pay well over $500 annually for 3 radios. 2 people and 3 radios; Wow.

I contacted XM and was met with three well meaning foreign service representatives that could do nothing but reiterate the party line and only offer price reductions by reducing service.

My, my! What a company.

I'm stuck with a lot of expensive hardware right now. But, in the very near future, I will be abandoning it and the Sirius/XMRadio serivices in favor of 3G-4G cell phone internet services that are "interactive" and have video and internet capability. Sayanara Sirius! You had a good thing going but you're killing the Goose!

I have been an XM subscriber with 3 units since the beginnig.Recently bought a car that had a Sirius radio with a 3 month promo.

Recently called to renew told them I had multiple radios and wanted the same pricing.

Sorry we are the same company but we are not integrated yet.

Mmmm the company trades on the exchang SIRI as one company! Im cancelling everything!ESN #035624163831

1 through 5 stars! Should be zero stars! XM is useless. Not worth anything, much less the prices they charge. And the customer service is the absolute worst ever provided by any company, anywhere.

The sound quality is simply terrible. No fidelity at all, and more noisy than typical AM radio. Fades out INSTANTLY if you just drive under the bank drive-thru windows.

If you are going to pay for something, you should at least get SOME satisfaction. With Satellite radio, you don't receive anything of value. It's a worthless product marketed by the major automobile manufacturers and bundled as a "trial" to try to get you to continue it at higher and higher costs.

Totally worthless.

Affter a 3 month free trial of XM I renewed for another 3 Months and told them after that it was to be CANCELLED. We travel to Florida for the winter and wanted to enjoy it while we drove. It was to be shut off in Feb. and this week received a bill saying I was late on my payment. I tried to tell a service rep I requested to deactivate but said they didn't call to cancel. I told them this in NOV 08 and now am being billed for March & April. NOT RIGHT!!!!! Never again would I subscribe to XM.

I listen on my tv constantly when not watching. The volume got so loud I had to turn you off. My volume control is set as low as it will go. I sent in a message & it was turned down some, but is still loud enough to bother phone calls. Remember we hdo have volune controls & can turn you up if need or want to. Thanks, fmc.

I tried xm for 4 months. Then cancled it. They then billed me for 4 more months. They admit that I called but did not keep a record of why i called...I did not pay, and the turned it into a collection agency. So I had to pay....Rip off....

No problems after three years, I have a car system...A big draw back is pruchasing one for a new vehicle that has X-M ready. This means is going to cost alot to have installed. I assumed a later purchase would for a nominal fee, too the contrary. Have in up grade means an additional 600$.... I best deal for having the radio is with it already installed in you car ro truck
