I purchased an expensive site licence for WebDictate (Invoice SP718744) and two months on have still been unable to use this software, despite their support accessing remotely. It appears that the problem has been added to their list of bugs to be fixed. This product does not appear to be fit for purpose and if there was a zero rating I would certainly have chosen that. meantime, I am trying unsuccessfully to contact this organisation to request a full refund. There appears to be no valid email address other than support and the fax number provided on the company's website and by support does not work. I have now contacted them by letter and await a response. Apologies for the duplication but I realised I had left the invoice number off my previous post and I would not like it deleted for that reason.

I've bought NCH Sound Recorder RecordPad in April 2010. Because of problem with sound recording (when I want to stop recording and click on "Stop" button, RecordPad is not responding!) I downloaded new version (RecordPad 5.0) in December 2010 but after some days of free trial I uninstalled it (because this new version has the same problem). Now I want to run old version RecordPad (which I saved) but I CAN'T!!! I see only NCH's message that I must buy (ONCE MORE) their Sound Recorder. I asked their 'Support' for Help 4 times but without any result!

By the way I've bought RecordPad+WavePad+SwitchConverter of NCH for 45 $ (this was the price), but I've payed 53 $ (8 $ more!) For what?? Not for NCH Support Service???

And where is this Service??? Serial Number of my purchase - 521 448 000 878. Joseph Okun, [email protected] (Jerusalem, Israel).

I recently downloaded and purchased their Express Burn software. My primary need for this product was the capability of including text (Album name and track title of song)on a CD. This feature does not work. I've read their documentation several times to no avail. I've attempted to sign up for their software forum but I never have received a conformation email from them so I can't use the forum to ask questions from other users about my issue. I purchased the upgraded version assuming the upgrade would allow this option/feature. What really concerns me their is no way to contact these people. No phone numbers or support via email chat sessions. Their lack response to my "support" email questions is irritating. At this point I feel I've paid for a product that does not work as advertised. Overall I rate this organization as a "minus zero"!

I am new to using a NCH product. I purchased NCH's Express Burn Plus Video Ed. v.4.37.They had a 50% off 2 products, Express Burn and Express Burn Plus Video. I needed the video option to record to DVD discs. The website is kind of confusing and vague if your a real tech on specifics. I'm not, but it did make me hunt for description of the product and what it does exactly. I also read other user's reviews. It comes with little frills and does just what is it suppose to do and it was $30 cheaper than the other one I used for a year and a week or so (and then it stopped working). I hope it lasts me a year. I hear there is no technical support should I run into any problems, so I'll have to use chat vlogs like this one.

I purchased NCH Switch Sound Converter Plus version 1.13 some years ago and I have been happy with my purchase until now. I recently looked into obtaining an update and the NCH website stated that an upgrade price would be applicable for software purchased more than three months ago. The updated versions list a series of bug fixes and extremely limited additional features. I used the upgrade form to log in my user name and activation code and was semi-impressed by the listed discount for an upgrade until I exited from my browser and checked the price for new customers. The prices were the same. I then used the upgrade form again and entered rubbish user number and activation code. I was directed to the same previous pricing page. NCH mislead existing customers that a discounted upgrade is available for them and their disregard for whether a customer is an existing customer or not is patently blatant. Why should I as an existing customer pay the same price as a new customer for an upgrade when 99% of the changes are fixes of bugs in the software. I am not impressed and NCH has lost a returning customer.
