Great selection, price and quality
The quality of their linens in second to none.It's on par with the best department stores.
They offer a very wide selection and the prices are pretty good considering you pay a bit more for good linens.
I ordered in bulk mattress pads "Choice Comfort Deluxe Mattress Pads Queen." They are priced at less than 20 bucks each, which is better than you can find at a brick and mortar store.
The delivery took a bit longer than expected due to a back order issue at the factory, but it was worth the wait.
Louisville, Ky: My order 131379 that I placed Nov. 15, 2011 (which on the product page says it usually ships in 3 days) has still not been shipped to me and it's been over 4 months! I made a large purchase and I have contacted them via email, phone, and their contact form on their website and have never received a proper response back! Very poor customer service, because there is none! I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone to talk to about my order!! I wonder if I'll ever receive it? What a huge waste of my money and time. Be weary of ordering from this company, good luck if you need to talk to them about your order.
