Customer service went above and beyond

I had ordered a rug through this company and there was a delay. They kept in touch with me and offered a discount for the delay which was a great gesture. I got my rug and absolutely love it! Customer service was very kind and kept me in the loop during the whole process.

    Great shop with great service

    These guys helped me put together the most beautiful nursery. Everything arrived quickly and the quality was outstanding. Customer service was responsive and very helpful. We ordered a crib, dresser, rug, and many smaller items. The rewards points program is one of the best deals online as most of their products never receive discounts when purchasing online. we saved hundreds of dollars overall! Very happy!

    Great products and service

    I'd be happy to offer my 2 cents. These guys were friendly and prompt with communication with the several orders I've placed with them. I've ordered furniture, gifts and clothing - Everything is top quality. Customer service was very nice and helpful as I needed to delay one of my orders until after my due date -- Not a problem at all.

    Good experience overall

    I had an overall good experience with this company. Everything arrived on time and the products were very high quality. I ordered a bunk bed and 2 organic mattresses and couldn't be more pleased. The prices are high but the quality is also really good. I got a whole bunch of rewards points and am excited to use them on my next order :)

    My go to for gifts for corporate clients

    Our team has purchased multiple gift baskets for corporate clients that are having new babies. They always put together something unique and really beautiful. We've asked for photos of the gift baskets as they are a one of a kind, made to order kind of a deal and they're super beautifully packaged. I'll keep buying because they keep knocking it out of the park for us!

    Helpful Customer Service

    Needed details regarding the bunk bed dimensions as i have a very small room. Customer service was super helpful and the bunk bed is beautiful! They have a really good awards program that saved me a ton on my organic mattress i ordered from them. recommended!

    Do NOT order from them

    I live in Baltimore, MD, and ordered a nursery rug from this company in early December and figured I'd placed the order in plenty of time for my baby to arrive. And, like other reviewers, while they had no problem charging me right away for the item, it is now nearly March and I have received only one update (back in December!) initiated by fawn & forest.

    The rest of the (sparse) communication has always been initiated by me, and the response is always the same: blaming the supplier for not communicating, and telling me they're sure the product will ship "soon." Last week, when I finally asked for my money back and for f&f to cancel the order, this is the response I got: "I will put in the request with Lorena Canals [the supplier] to cancel, but cannot guarantee its canceled until they confirm as its processing for shipment and my be too late." Yet there is still no change in my order status on their website. It says the same thing it has said since I placed my order in December--"We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your order status."

    I feel as though my money and order is being held hostage and no one is willing to take responsibility. Come to find out from other reviewers here, this seems to be a pattern with f&f. Wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with them.

    I ordered a Snuggle Me Organic from Fawn & Forest as they offered the cheapest price and free shipping (Order# FF10035). When it arrived it was smaller than I thought and my baby would outgrow it soon so I emailed them immediately regarding a return. I was given a RA # and instructions on where to mail etc. They said I was responsible for the cost of return shipping (understandable) and they would deduct any "free shipping promos" shipping cost from my refund. I called them and left 2 messages asking how much the "free shipping" had cost so I would know how much I would be receiving as a refund. They don't answer the phone or return messages so I emailed them. It took THREE emails before I got a response saying $20 shipping would be deducted. So I sent the package back USPS paying $26 to return it. I never received an email that they received the return. After forgetting about it (I have an infant and a lot more important things on my mind that this matter) 3 months later I realized I never received my refund. I emailed them with the tracking number and the info on when it had been delivered etc. according to tracking info. No response from their end. 3 days later I sent a 2nd email which was not as kind as my first. The following morning I received an email they were issuing my refund. So they held my money for over 3 months and if I had just assumed they issued the refund (like most legit companies do) and hadn't contacted them I wouldn't have ever received my $126 refund. Terrible way of operating a company. I would not recommend using this company.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

    I ordered a car as part of a baby shower registry. I was charged at the end of January (as this company is quick to charge people) and was told the item will be shipped “shortly”. I continued to check in (the company did not send me anything) and then item continued to fail to ship. I reached out to them, and just like every other review, they responded with “the company says the order is processing and ready for shipping”. The order never shipped.

    At the end of March, 2 months after I was charged for the item it still hadn’t shipped. I requested a refund and this is when the company stopped contacting me back. (Every time we had contact I had to initiate it). I tried contacting them numerous times over the next 2 weeks with no response.

    Luckily I paid for the item via PayPal and filed a claim against them. I received a refund May 2nd.

    Do not order from this company!!!

    Great Service!

    I wish more companies took care of customers like fawn and forest does. I had purchased a crib from them and they were very accommodating to hold the item and have it shipped closer to when my baby was born. Very friendly and helpful customer service. I'll be buying again from them!

    Warning: This company will scam you

    I have had several successful orders with F&F and enjoyed their discount. Then they essentially stole from me. I ordered wallpaper (order #FF10154) and not only didn't they deliver it, when I called the manufacturer it turns out they never even ordered it. The manufacturer made it clear F&F had a terrible reputation. I asked for a refund and they agreed but then didn't process it. They do not respond to emails, they don't have live chat (at least not anymore), and they don't answer the phone or return messages. I tried to dispute with my credit card and F&F lied to them, claiming the item was delivered. Yet, on my F&F account it still says "unfulfilled' which means they KNOW it wasn't delivered. This company may have been legit at one point, but be careful-- they are now in full scamming mode and you shouldn't be tempted by their low prices-- it is too good to be true, despite the nice website.

    I Do Not Recommend Purchasing from Fawn & Forest

    I ordered this crib and matching dresser back in August. Still no delivery or even a delivery date. Just as bad, I have had to initiate all contact with Fawn & Forest to receive any updates (you would think that after spending over $2k on furniture, + a couple hundred dollars more on a mattress/mattress pad, they might have the decency to update me on the whereabouts of my purchases. No such luck.). After placing several emails and phone calls, all I have been told is that my furniture is "coming" (with no tracking #, or guaranteed or even estimated delivery dates) and that the delay and uncertainty is somehow not Fawn & Forest's fault (Really? They gladly accepted my money!). This is unacceptable. I'm sure the product (if I ever receive it) will be nice, but it is not worth the stress/delay/hassle of dealing with this company. I would (and, based on the fact that baby is coming soon and won't have a place to sleep, probably will) look elsewhere for a different crib.

    I've purchased several items from fawnandforest.com and they've always arrived beautifully packaged and on time. Whenever I've had questions about my order, their customer service staff has also been friendly and helpful.

    Terrible Service

    I ordered a crib on Labor Day. I have called to check on my order and no one ever answers the phone. I have left messages and none have been returned. I have used their instant message on their site and I asked for the person to call me and they said they had no access to a phone. I want to cancel the order but they say I can't because they need to know if it shipped yet. I am totally frustrated with this site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! Very bad customer service.

    Terrible Customer Service. Delayed Refund

    Purchased a crib from them. After a week of no shipping notice we contacted them. They didnt' respond after 3 emails and it took calling 5-6 times until we got them on the phone, at which point they said it would ship the next day and give us a 5% discount. 2 days later they said they couldn't ship to us and offered a refund or for us to coordinate alternative shipping. We requested a refund and it took 3 more emails to get them to confirm that they would refund us. They didn't process the refund for another 2 weeks.

    We will never shop with them again and would not recommend them to anybody. Terrible customer service.

    Don't use this company

    I live in Alaska. The website said free shippping, so after ordering two pieces of furniture, I heard nothing for weeks about my order. I had to contact them 4 times, and each time was told it would be shipped the following Monday. After contacting them for the 4th time, FOUR weeks after placing the order, they told me they couldn't ship to AK. I understand this, but am frustrated I had to wait a month to find this out, and they didn't initiate any of the contact with me. Furthermore, they never answer the phones, and all contact is via email and quite slow. I liked the idea of using a small business, but this one has poor customer service, and I'll avoid in the future.
