Outstanding service and products!

My experience with elightbulbs was extraordinary! The website is so easy to navigate; I found exactly what I was looking for and more! The products were just as they appeared online and exceeded my expectations of quality. I will definitely shop again at elightbulbs and have already told friends and family about their services!

    Great selection and amazing customer service

    I have been a long-time buyer at eLightBulbs and have never experienced anything but great customer service.

    I buy a lot of my household lights and Christmas items from them.

    I purchased a set of string lights on line after seeing it in a photograph on the ELightbulbs website. when I received them, they were very small. I returned them at my own cost and was charged $25.00 for a restocking fee.

    I contacted the customer service department and told them that the fee was too high. The total purchase was approximately $95.

    The refused to adjust the fee and said it is their policy. Consumers need to be aware of the unsavory practices of this company.

    I ordered a bulb exactly one month ago. When I called customer service the first time, the agent told me that I had mis-read their shipping policy. I had interpreted it as saying that my order would arrive in 9-10 business days. She corrected me by saying that it SHOULD arrive and that I had made a mistake by thinking that it would get here in 9-10 days. This was very condescending to me. The second time I called, I had to leave a message. They finally attempted to contact me. When I called back, exactly one month later, they informed me that the order had finally shipped. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!
