The products and prices are reasonable but some things may be cheaply made. The customer service is below average. I called twice, trying to return an item and they lied to me and charged me 3 times for shipping. When asked to speak to a manager the reps would not put one on the phone. BEWARE!!!! trying to retun items, they will not give you all of your money back and will automatically deduct $7 from your original purchase for UPS shipping even if you DONT use UPS.

After spending a day looking in stores for the one costume I wanted, I found it and ordered in under 5 minutes. Great quality, and arrived within a week!

I absolutely would never ever again order from this site nor would I ever refer you to a friend. I have had the most horrible experience. I placed an order for the Iron Man Light-Up Costume on 10/08/08 very early on because I knew it would be a hot costume and I wanted to make sure to get mine in time. I never received the costume I ordered in fact I received and sent back the wrong costume 3 times! 3 times I was sent the wrong costume. I have a heartbroken 6 year old that was very much looking forward to being Iron Man and instead had to settle for something else. I am very disappointed in my whole experience with this company. I am also still waiting to receive my refund for my shipping costs for shipping back the wrong costume 3 times!
