i had the same problem they suspended me (after 7 days) because i have hosted an phpmotion script "It's due to excessive CPU usage". 30min support is scam because you get an answer like "I am forwarding your question to our concerned team" but not realy an solution, so you must wait at least 24 hours for an useful answer. after i got suspended i get no more any answser from support, it's just "dead". i have prepaid and now i can forget my money. the worst thing is; they kept my videos, my script and my SQL database. bounceweb domain is registered without any person behind it (anonymous) so you can really forget your money and files.
if you search for unlimited hosting or ffmpeg hosting don't choose that company, you will regret it.
We had our site on their sorry servers for 3+ months, and then all of the sudden they decide we had to much traffic (300 visits per month, BIG DEAL!!) and tried to force us into a higher priced server. We decided not to do that, and ask for a backup of the site many times. We jumped through their hoops over and over and no response ever. In the previews they showed a backup button in the C panel but when you went to the real C panel; the backup button was GONE. This way they can hold your site hostage and extort more money from you. We keep our main sites on other more honest server hosts; but we thought we would try out Shaftweb and see. Well, we saw they are crooks, and we told them to stick the site up their a**. (Site is not worth much) So we would recommend EVERYONE stay away from bounce web. They will bounce you off!!!!
Don't trust these f***** guy from bounceweb, I paid for an annual account but I received no email with login info. I opened a dispute from my paypal and I'm still waiting.
