Great Service

I find myself stopping into the store in St. Augustine, Fl. for all my battery and bulb purchases. Better service than the big box stores. Michael is always courteous and answers all the questions I might have. I find myself buying lots of batteries these days for toys for my grandkids and they always run a good sale price on good quality batteries.

Fob battery replacement

The service man at the Batteries & Bulbs Concord NH store was exceptional! I thought I would have to spend over $200 for a new fob but it was fixed and a new battery installed for $8.99! I recommend this store to everyone who is having problems with their fob! I would have even paid for $19.99 installation fee!

    I phone battery replacement

    I did my diligence reviewing on line for places to get my I phone 7 plus repaired and found Batteries Plus Blubs the most convenient and best priced for a battery replacement on my I phone 7 plus. The replacement took less than 30 minutes and Christian was extremely helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable. This is truly the store to go to for all battery needs. I will go back when my wife's I phone 6 battery starts to fail. I recommend this store to everyone and will tell my friends about it.

    First time in the store in Lake City, Florida...very pleasant staff, knowledgeable and competent. Had batteries replaced in (2) watches plus I bought a "Big Larry" flashlight with the red flashing lights for roadside trouble. I'm not sure if his name is Chip or Chuff, but he's a good sales person. I visited the store on November 26th, 2019.

    Satisfied with store clerk Brittany

    I shopped at Store #192 and had the pleasure of having Brittany help me. She went over and above what I expected. The batteries I wanted they didn't have. She called another store to get them,called me when they arrived at her store. When I went back she said she was sorry it took 2 days. She installed the batteries and I went away a very pleased customer.If you have a rewarding program she should received something.

    Fitness monitor battery

    I bought my first heart rate monitor battery with the free replacement warranty a few years ago from the current manager Kayla. As I use it at least 6 hours a week I go through quite a few batteries per year and glad I took her advice and went with the battery and warranty. I come here now for all my battery needs and you should too!

    I took a small Christmas decoration into the store having no idea what type of battery it needed to light up. the service was great as they came up immediately asking what I needed. I showed them the item and they found and inserted the battery for me. THANK YOU

    Awesome service

    Tim, a customer service representative at the Manchester, CT store was very helpful! He quoted the correct price of a garage door replacement back up battery over the phone and then was very helpful when I came to pick up the battery in person. He should be commended!

    This was my FIRST time to go to BATTERIES+BULBS.

    The store is located in Belton, MO. My service rep was Joe, and he was FANTASTIC. I needed help with my Norelco razor which is no longer available in this model. Joe spent a great deal of time and patience in taking the razor apart, replacing the battery and skillfully putting it back together as I waited. It took almost an hour, but Joe stuck with it. I left the store with a razor that worked and was a very satisfied customer! I will certainly refer others to this store. Joe is a genuine asset to your company and a total professional.

    No face masks even though required in Pinellas County, Florida??

    Great service EXCEPT you BROKE THE LAW in my county of Pinellas in Florida!!! All indoor business require face masks! Besides that, great service at a great price!     Great Service by store #436 in Tampa

    Went originally for watch battery. Installed my lifetime watch battery quickly and then I decided to purchase lifetime fob car battery. All items needed were in stock.

    That was also installed in record time. Guys were professional, knowledgeable, polite, nice and friendly. Recommend this Tampa store #436 highly!

    Best Store in Columbus !

    I went two days in a row and was very pleased with the service that I had each time. Kaleb was able to change the battery in my Garmin and now I can use it to find my directions again. I also bought a 3Ft Microcable for my office. I was so happy with my service both days. They are the BEST. I highly recommend them. God bless them. Sr. Barbara

    My invoice was created 6/15/20, I finally received my key copies today 6/24/20. It took 3 trips to the store, 1st one was the machine was not working, the second one employee did not know how to operate the key machine. Then two phone calls, one machine not working and second they could not find my order. When I had received a call saying my keys were in.

    Finally, today I went in and there were three employees, standing around and cutting up. And one took a desert back to the man working on my keys. It took almost 50 minutes to receive my two key copies, as I waited.

    I am very disappointed in the customer service and how long it took to receive my keys. I will not be returning.

    And will not recommend the Olive Branch, MS store.

    Raul was very helpful. Found the battery for my phone snd had it installed in about 3 minutes. Answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. My favorite place for batteries. Will definitely go back.

    Hello. I have been shopping at Batteries & Bulbs for years. They are friendly & very knowledgeable & always have what I need in store. The customer service is excellent! I only shop there for everything I need, batteries, bulbs, and information.

    A shoot out to, Henry, Robert, Krista & Shannon! And any crew person who works there, if I have left someone out. They always change out my watch batteries, remote device batteries at no charge.

    To anyone who does not know what batteries and bulbs is about, stop in and browse.

    I want to highly commend Dominic Moccia, the sales associate that helped me. I needed a new laptop battery, which his store did not have stock. He did find it at another store.He personally picked the item up at the other store, brining it in it in the next day.

    On Monday 4/27, I was having a rough day to say the least. I woke up late for work, I got in my car an sure enough it was giving me a hard time kicking over. I got to work still a rough day. As I prepared to leave I turn on my car and my battery was almost dead. I googled the nearest batteries plus store and sure enough found one. The best thing o happen to me all day. I spoke to a young lady Chasity, her calm voice helped me through the rough time I was having. The fact that they were open and until 8PM put a smile on my face since every where else was closing or closed. I had plenty of time to get there. The best part of all this was once I got there Chastity had everything ready, Beth was ready to check my car and old battery. We spoke through the entire process and she made me feel like I was a friend who mattered to her. She sent me off to then call me 3 minutes later, asking if I forgot to take my keys. I said yup, coming back for them. I got there and she was just as happy to see me. I had a wonderful experience and will go back.

    Above and Beyond

    I came into the store in Annapolis MD with a crazy request. I needed a battery taken out of my ball machine and replaced. They got out the tools and made it happen. It took over an hour to do this and a lot of effort. It meant a great deal to me and I could not do it myself. I am very appreciative!!!!

    No phone call

    My husband (whose phone was being fixed) is totally happy with the new screen, he says he can see it better now than before it was cracked. I have an issue that I had to drive 30 miles to get it fixed and with restaurants closed I had no place to wait but in my car I was told that it would take about an hour and I would be called when it was done. After 2 hours and no phone call I returned to the store to find it done and waiting for me. I am not happy about this, since I had to sit in my car for 2 hours. I know that no one cares about this but I do. Please do a better job at notifying your customers when repairs are done.

    I went to my favorite Batteriesplus store to get light bulbs replacement of my CFL bulbs. Also to have my 2001 Ford Focus key fob looked at. Well I recognised Mr Livingston and he showed shop specials and I got two sets of lights and a 24 pack of AA batteries. All of this at a great discount. He tested my key for and it did have signal but the car will not respond. He told me on how to fix my car later after the Corona19 blows over. Thanks again Batteriesplus, Great Job!!     Wa treated very nice by the salesman,gave me an estimate then the manage comes out of the backroom with Iam in charge attitude and says that price is not avaible anylonger I was embarsed and I think so was the salesperson.     Battery for burglar alarm system

    I needed a battery for my alarm system and went to store number 528 in Wichita Falls, Texas and took the battery from the system to verify that it was defective. The clerk said it would take about an hour or so to check the charge and I agreed to return later in the day to get the results. When I returned I found that the battery was indeed defective and purchased a new one as a replacement. Both batteries were placed side by side on the counter and when I picked up the replacement I inadvertently picked up the battery that I originally took in. When I connected it to the system I found that it did not work and called the security company to inspect the system to see if there was an additional problem. They checked the battery that I had connected and found it defective. I took the battery back to the store to exchange for a good one at which time we determined that it was the original battery and not the one that I had purchased. After a long discussion with three of the employees of the store they refused to replace the battery leaving the impression that I was attempting to replace a bad battery with a good one at no cost to me. I told them that was not so that I had paid for the battery and had no reason to try to cheat them. They checked their inventory and found that they had the same number of the batteries on the shelf that they had before the original sale to me which verified that I had left the store with the wrong battery. I left the defective battery with them and left the store when it became evident that I was not going to solve the problem.

    Mt Pleasant GREAT CLERK April 4th

    This guy carried every thing heavy (my back is bad). Went right to my truck 2 times. I left W/O asking about my old battery then called him. He checked my old battery (very careful and called me after hours of trial charge). Some talk like they care this guy worked hard to care.

    Every time I have gone to this store, I received excellent service. My questions are answered. Suggestions are made, and the right battery or bulb is sold to me. I have always been satisfied with their customer service. They treat their customers with respect and are always polite regardless of how much I don’t know about the product I need/want. I would recommend this store at Harbison in Columbia SC to anyone.

    Disappointed

    I bought a battery many years ago for my truck. The employee installed it and I was very grateful. On 3/8/2020 I had to buy another. We had to have my car towed the previous month because of the battery. We got home n charged it and was good to go. On 3/8 my car died again. Ok, so let's get a battery. When we installed it the car still wouldn't start, another tow. When we got home and put the new battery on the charger, it was only 60% charged. The "kid" at the store when I said I needed a battery for a Camaro said "what brand is that?" Really? It would be nice if I could get my $92 for the tow.

    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I always get my golf cart batteries there but after today will not go back at least to this location. I bought two batteries and spent $213.00 and you would think he could at least say thank you or we appreciate your business but not one word then I had to tell him to please put both of them in the box in my trunk so they wouldn't roll everywhere. Still not one word so I looked at him and said you are not a very happy person are you. A little customerappreciation goes a long way.

    Disappointed in service, dropped off our dead set to be replaced at 10:50 am and the technician had 4 batteries in his hand and said no problem can fix it in 30 to 60 minutes. Ok so we said we would be back in and hour. We sat in front of the store for 1/2 hour as not much was open on Everett Mall Way with the virus going around. My husband goes in to pick up battery pack and they said, Oh we don't have these batteries in stock have to go to Lynnwood store and get them. It is now over an hour of waiting and was determined at that time they didn't have the battery? We left and as we are pulling out of space the tech is just leaving to go get our batteries. Did not make us happy so we went home because who knows how much longer it was going to take. Got a call almost 2 hours later to say it was done. Said we would come back the next day. Excuse was they were so busy, hello we sat outside the front door for half hour and it wasn't busy. Battery pack works great but service not so much.

    I have gone to BP in Grand Rapids, MI, #383 for all my battery needs. They have gone above and beyond to help me. They finished the work in a reasonable amount of time, and the cost was reasonable.

    Batteries Plus Bulbs #091 Customer #4717324 On September 11, 2019 I purchased two batteries from your battery plus store on Austin Bluffs Parkway in Colorado Springs that made the eighth and ninth battery that I have purchased from you , it is now February 5, 2020 I had to buy Two new batteries while traveling because the ones or one of the two that I purchased from you was bad. I tried to take the batteries back to the batteries plus store on Austin Bluffs Parkway. What I was looking for was a refund for the batteries I was told that because the batteries had been installed I could not get a refund only an exchange if they were bad, as I am writing this they have both batteries and said they needed to charge them before they could test them and replace one or both. Without a refund of $292.25 I will be stuck with two batteries that I will have no use for. The replacement batteries that I had to get came to $427 and change if after spending that much and being a loyal battery plus customer you cannot refund the $295.25 then to put it politely the interaction between batteries plus and myself will come to an end. If you cannot see your way for a loyal customer to refund the amount For two batteries that I will have no real use for. If a refund for that amount would break your company so bad that you cannot survive without the $295.25 then I would suggest you keep the money because if it’s that important to you to lose a loyal customer I will take my business elsewhere.     TROUBLE ON RETURN

    I visited the Batteries + store in Sunrise FL and purchased several different bulbs ($82.29) I had them match up a bulb and purchased 8 of them. When I got around to install them three weeks later I found that they had given me the wrong bulbs. I returned to the store asking them to replace, credit, or refund that part of my bill ($31.92) I was told told it was over 14 days and they would do NOTHING! They are the people who gave me the wrong bulbs and they won't correct it?! Not a big deal money wise but I was really surprised that a business would say - GO AWAY WE DON"T WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I even asked to talk to a manger

    Always find what I'm looking for

    Phone not charging

    Callen in Green Bay helped me with my phone that would not charge with the cable. He showed me that a Berlin 5W QI wireless.charge pad would work. Win win for me as this will also work for my wife’s IPhone. Friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

    Complicated Raceclock batteries replacement done right

    I went to Batteries Plus on 14th Street West in Bradenton to purchase replacement rechargeable batteries for our Bradenton

    Runners Club LED Raceclock, as the job looked more complicated to do than I was capable of. Employees Don and Don worked diligently and carefully to disassemble the clock as needed and recorded each step they took, for future reference, to safely replace the two batteries without damaging the circuitry of our expensive raceclock. The entire process took some time to complete and I was most grateful for their expertise in completing what turned out to be a complicated process. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you.

    On 12/26/19 I finally got to visit the new store in Reading , pa. I have been looking for a battery for awhile for my Fossil watch. Not even Fossil store could help me with a battery. Went there and spoke with Johnny, nicest most friendly person around. He gave me what I needed right away. While there I bought a pack of 24 AA Alk. Batteries and #2032 button batteries , 6 pk. Also bulk #2450 button batteries.

    John and the other staff were really helpful and informative about what I needed. I will definitely go back there for all my battery needs in the future. That is store #961.

    On Saturday 12/14 I went to the store at 5474 S 27th St Milwaukee and Matt helped me greatly with replacing the batteries in my fob for an security service we use. He also spent a great deal of time and effort to replace 3 batteries for my grand daughters toy. I feel he went way above in servicing me.
