Can not start Oracle Management Server

Did you create the OEM Repository? Sounds like it's not finding it. Also try the following:

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NONE)

in your sqlnet.ora.

HI,

I've just installed Oracle 8.1.7 Enterprise Edition on my W2000 Computer.

But my OracleOraHome81ManagementServer can not be started -> internal windows error

oms.nohupe:

ORA-12640: Inititalisierung des Berechtigungsprüfungsadapters misslungen

[main][2001-10-22:10:2:19:847] VdbSession.processError: database connection error>

I've tried everthing suggested.
