The only reason I bought this piece of rubbish was for copying playlists - and it won't even do that. In addition, it only copies half of each album! If you have ticked 'disk enabled' on your ipod before your computer went haywire you can do it everything else manually easily and for free anyway. I emailed the (lack of) 'helpdesk' (5 times!) and got zero response. Please don't waste your money on this piece of rubbish. Buy another piece of software (I did afterwards) - there's plenty out there, and much better!

What i don't understand is why the one time use is more then the year subscription. i doubt i will ever need this software again yet i am forced into a contract with it. the sofware itself could be better written. it's based on itunes but lacks a pfoffessional finish. lower the price for the one time use. i would't need this software if i did't have a touch. and ipod where you can enable disc use can be done yourself easily by going into my copmputer slecting the device...ipod control...then go into folder options and show hidden folders. BOOM! copy and paste city!

The demo works great but is obviously limited. The full version is HORRIABLE, I get a violation error and no body will return my emails on how to fix it! Don’t waste you money on this product!!! 0 of 5 stars!

this is probably acceptable if you have only one playlist. i have a large number of playlists and most of them never got back into itunes. i paid the $20 purchase fee and have emailed the developer twice requesting assistance. i have yet to get any response from them whatever.

This program works just like it says... it is like a scanner, and it pulls all songs off of your or anyone else's ipod and puts them on your itunes library. Great program.
