Simple and easy to use. I was able to create a full disk image set and rescue disk with no problem. Selecting files for everyday backup is easy. I am using the trial edition.
You do have to use a formatted disk, Vista Live CD format. The Macrium program will format the disk for you before the backup begins. Vista formatting of DVD-RW disks is pretty slow. DVD-R disks format quickly.
I give Macrium Reflect 4 stars.

For about 5 years I regularly backed up the C: drive on my XP machine using Powerquest's Drive Image 7. I had no problems with it, despite some bad press in the past. A couple of months ago, when I built myself a new PC, I tried a couple of newer applications, including Acronis True Image Home 2009, which I found unnecessarily complex for home use. About a week ago my Drive Image 7 would not backup one of my other drives, so I looked again and this time found Macrium Reflect. Having tried it out I am most impressed. It does everything Drive Image 7 did, plus some but not too much more. It works flawlessly and if you can get into using VB Script, can be very versatile. Its GUI is clean and easy. Well done Macruim, a great product. Highly recommended - 5 stars.

I used other harddisk imager tools before. But Reflect is unbeatable. For such a low price you get a program which supports Windows Server also. For Acronis TrueImage Server you have to pay the decuple and more.
I had a customer, who had problems with Acronis on his Notebook. The backup process was not successfully completed. The acronis support could not help. I suggested to give Reflect a try. And what shall i say, with Reflect the Backup and Resore run successfully.
