If I could give them a rating of 0 I would... Abolutely DO NOT us Zuji, they are the worst I have ever had to deal with. I unfortunately booked air tavel with Zuji. Whilst I was away my business was totally destroyed in the recent Brisbane floods, I spent many early hrs of morning on phone calls to Zuji trying to change my return ticket to get home to attend to my urgent matters. I was put on hold, the phones constantly dropped out, I couldn't be helped because their systems were down or slow, NONE of them speak english properly, the phone connections are always crackly and hard to hear on (even now when I ring them from Australia), I was promised return phone calls and e-mails and never received them - the list goes on. I finally got someone to understand and listen to what I wanted but in the end he said he couldn't change my ticket to any earlier than 4 days before my original return date which was absolutely no help to me AND it would also cost me about $350 to do so.

I ended up going to a travel agent in Switzerland called 'No Worries' (I will always use them now) who were absolutely amazing, they got me on a flight the next day for a great price and, due to my circumstances of needing to return home didn't charge me any of their usual agent booking fees.

Upon my return to Brisbane the struggle with Zuji to now cancel my still current and unused return ticket continues... I am again dealing with the same above listed issues but have now also been told that for me to cancel my ticket that they could not help me use to return on I have to pay $275 and they also stated that I may not receive any refund of my unused portion of ticket. It was only unused because they could not get me home urgently enough.

I am now waiting on a return phone call, which I have advised if I do not receive it my next call will be to the Department of Consumer Affairs or my local ombudsman.

I cannot believe that in the current situation that many Australians find themselves in due to the horrific recent events they will not even look at helping me out in regards to the cancellation fee that I will now incure due to them not being able to get me home when I needed due to circumstances beyond my control. Luckily I have a great travel insurance company (World Care) that are willing to help me in any way they can.

Anyone that uses Zuji just to save a few dollars on their airline tickets are setting themselves up for a world of hurt if they need any help from them if their travel plans dont go to plan for any reason.

I have make my book 2 weeks ago and I just found out the name of my booking is not right. I remember that I have input the correct name in the Zuji website, but they claimed it's my fault and refuse to take the responsibility. The customer service staff made me feel that they got no feeling and care for the customer.

When I want to change the name, they asked me to pay 130 for the change. I told them I want to wait until I talk to the airline, but the "Nice customer" said if I do that, they may charge me more later. Which I feel threaten and I let them do the change without contact the airline.

Few hours later, I told them I want to cancel the change and do it by myself because my family suggested me to, but they said they have already contact the airline, so if I cancel it, i still need to pay them fee.

24 hours later, I still receive no conformation about the change. I know it's a bit rush, but their service made me feel that I want finish the dame thing as soon as possible and never contact them again.

I have made 3 phone calls for this, all people had bad service attitude and I was very unhappy.

It's the worst booking experience I never get, I admit their price is lower than other agent, but just few dollars. If I make the booking by other agents like flight center or student flight, I may get a better service.

So if you want to use this agency, please please think about it again!!

It doesn't worth for you to save few dollars, but get a very bad service, specially when they refused to take the responsibility with a bad manner.

Zuji Singapore does not help you with the cancellations or amend you bookings. Very careful with that, I have made a flight booking that I needed to cancelled. They said I have to call the airline directly. So I have spent more than 1 hour on the phone with Australia (calling from Singapore). Therefore Zuji is cheaper; they are giving the customers the costs. Dear Zuji, it would be better if you just apply a certain fee and offer this service to the customer, instead of losing further customers.

Zuji is absolutely shit, booking error when confirming on their website, and they refuse to accept that it could have been their fault! Had to spend $1000 buying an additional one-way ticket, i will never use them again!

zuji sent cheating promotional email, when you click on them, it make you enter parameters and ended with stupit 3 time more expensive package, never successfully book a good deal - cheater. feel like complain to local authority for such unprofessional act.

Zuji has a very bad service & support; their hotline number is impossible to get through... On Hold for 1hour... got disconnected... on hold again for another hour... got disconnected again... on hold again... Sorry, our office is not closed... HORRIBLE...

Same here... Very dissapointed with Zuji; the motto is really good though, "Better safe than SORRY, avoid ZUJI", and it rhymes too... :)

Zuji has quite a good number of interesting travel options;though very bad service & support. The customer support line was always busy and nobody will ever attend to your call, any problem which are related to your booking will only be informed by them during last minute, leaving you not having enough time to do some ammendments; instead just to accept your fate (or bad luck) since you have made a major error by choosing zuji as your travel agent in the beginning. For every problems that may occur (and trust me; there will be some problems with your booking through zuji), the customer support agent there will actually do nothing, instead they will only inform you their famous line (I think they can use it as their company's motto also) "you have chosen to made the booking yourself, at which zuji won't be responsible for any problems which may arise with your booking". If you ask them why there isn't anyone at zuji who are supposed to check and reconfirm your booking, they will say that all bookings are done automatically, so all your booking will never be checked by any living soul in zuji, And their agents job there is just to sit arround, eating doughnut, and drinking some coffee perhaps. Anyway, for those of you travellers who

are looking for a great travel bargains, I would advise you to avoid zuji. They offer things which they are not able to fullfil. It's like buying an empty box wrapped with a fancy ribbons. Better safe than sorry, avoid zuji at all cause.

I book a hotel package from zuji. their quotation is very attractive and booking on-line is easy. but the booking confirmation shows price exclusive costs which are not indicated in the quotation nor package details. I wrote to zuji's customer services - 1 email plus 2 reminders, there is no answer till now. Zuji? - no more. Worse than poor, there is no service at all.
