This little company has made a lot of progress in a relatively short time. The current employees are working diligently to assist customers with their orders. They especially take pride in their customer service. It is of utmost importance and will continue to be. If in the past you experienced disappointment, we apologize and assure you, we listen,we care, and we will address each problem as if it was our own.

This company provides terrible service. I ordered a curtain and it was promised in 4 to 6 weeks. After seven weeks I sent three emails to customer service that went unanswered. I also left two voicemail messages. I can never seem to get a live person on the phone. I still don't have the status of my past due order. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The Warm Biscuit Bedding Co is happy to answer all inquiries. As a family owned business we pride ourselves on our custom service and it is very disheartening to see bad customer reviews. I would like to address each issue here personally and I believe our customer service team is already working on one of these issues and the customer has been unresponsive to our attempts at communication regarding their charm bracelet which was not received back. It is misunderstandings like this which result in negative feedback and if each customer here will contact our company we will be happy to resolve these issues. A while ago, I ordered a custom made curtain. I waited a very long time for this item. Eventualy I did receive it but the rod pocket was sewn shut. In other words I could not put a curtain rod through the top of the curtain in order to hang it. When I called to have it replaced, I was told to just take it to a alteration store and they could fix it in no time. I was shocked and discusted with their blase attitude. The most they offered was a $5.00 rebate. I was also treated with very little respect and not much curtesy.

This is the worst online experience I've had. I ordered a back pack for my granddaughter on 4/20/09. On 6/17/09 I received an e-mail indicating a refund to my credit card. I called to inquire why the credit and the lady that answered a Vicki said I had cancelled the order. Never did I do such a thing. She promised to call back which she never did. The credit was never posted to my credit card account neither were the goods shipped. Do not recommend this site to anyone.

A company that pride itself on customer service...what a complete joke.

I placed an order for a baby blanket. About a week later I got a call saying the item was sold out. I tried calling/emailing for several days and never did get in touch with a person. My voicemail and email went unanswered. Another week or so past and I got an email saying the order was processed. I again made multiple calls/emails/messages. Finally my persistance paid off (or so I thought.) I spoke with a gentleman who told me the order they were processing was for a bib and burp cloth (not waht I ordered) I requested to cancel the order and requested email confirmation. About an hour later I got the email saying the order was cancelled...but wait...a few hours later I got another email saying the order for the bib and burp cloth (that I never ordered) was being shipped. Again multiple calls, emails etc. and never able to reach a person. Finally called BBB and consumer affairs. Enough is enough.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordered 2 pictures off their website. After not receiving the items or tracking info. ten business days later, I attempted to email and call in order to find out the status. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent 2 emails (no responses) and called 5 times. I spoke with Sara and Dylan, who both told me they would look into the order and call me back. I NEVER received a phone call back. Please don't lie to me. Dylan even told me the order had already shipped (another lie) but couldn't give me a tracking number. I called my credit card to get a refund, and the next business day I got an email from Warm Biscuit saying my order had been canceled. The item never shipped, I never received it, and I don't appreciate being lied to and ignored (no responses to emails or phone calls). A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I would never do business with them agian.

I recently purchased a charm bracelet for my 5 yr old daughter from Warm Bedding for Xmas. Talk about the most horrible online transaction I've ever had! Its Feb 18 and I'm STILL OUT $60 from this company and they won't answer my emails or calls. I sent back the broken charm bracelet (broke same day I gave it to her) promptly as per their instructions and guess what? I've got no bracelet, no money and no response from them. I email daily and request a refund or a response and no answer. Neither Sara Katz or Amanda from there is a decent human being. Horrible, horrible company. Biggest Fraud out there.

I had the SAME experience as Amanda with Warm Biscuit. Not sure how this company stays in business. I ordered a charm bracelet in November with FedEx shipping for a birthday gift in November. A month later, it still hadn't shipped and they refused to cancel my order. After they finally shipped it, they refused to refund the shipping cost. Vicki Mote Bodwell (owner) is a scammer. 0 stars.

This company is really bad! I would not recomend ordering anything from them. I ordered a charm bracelet on Nov,17th and still have not received it. It is a christmas present for a little girl and I guess she will not be getting it! Nor does it sound like from the other reviews that I will be seeing the money back. I will also be contacting the BBB and my bank to take action on the Warm Biscuit Bedding Company!!! I give it no stars...

1 star. I ordered 4 curtains over 4 months ago. I have still not received 1 curtain even after repeated phone calls and complaints. 2 of the 3 "custom curtains" were the wrong size and had to be sent back. Took 4 weeks to fix and after being hung up, they were noted to have very crooked seams. I have requested a refund, but have not seen it yet. Missing along with the 4th curtain. American Express and the Better Business Bureau are now involved. Poor customer service, they don't answer your questions, return your calls or even send out curtains. Would NEVER recommend this company

I've ordered multiple times from the Warm Biscuit Bedding Co., and I've never had any problems myself. Their products are affordable, custom made to order, and the people on the phone who take your order have always been polite to me. Plus lately they seem to have gotten more fabric, which as an arts and crafts woman I really appreciate.

Beware to anyone ordering from Warm Biscuit Bedding. I placed an order six weeks ago. I have called on three different occassion and received three different responses stating that my custom curtains will be shipped next week. When I call after the week is up, I am told they will be shipped the following Monday. When I call the following Tuesday, I was told that the person making the curtains is on vacation and cannot be reached. Each time I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told one is not available. So I spent hundreds of dollars on a custom order and have yet to receive any product or any answers. I give a warning on doing any business with this company. My rating is a zero stars
