Of the tours we booked in Florence, one was excellent, to the Accademia, with a good knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide; one to the Uffizi was adequate; but the other, a half day tour was a disaster. The bus did not allow us to get off in Fiesole and in spite of the booking information, we were told we could not go inside Santa Croce. This was a ripoff, a scandal.

I hear Viator offers some great tours. So for my trip to Thailand we went on a boat ride to checked out the Rose Garden from bangkok. There was plenty of time for shopping and never felt rushed. The gardens were beautiful and we even rode an elephant. We had a wonderful time.

KONICHIWA! Viator.com is a travel site that I looked on when trip planning. I took a three day trip to Mt Fuji, Kyoto and Nara all by the bullet train. Experience was spectacular. If I was to be picky I think my hotel could have been better.

My friends and I planned our Sydney trip through viator. We found our own plane tickets and decided to book an eco tour to Blue Mountains prior to leaving. The whole day cost about $180, but it was worth it. Very well planned out and well narrated. We went on a sunny day and enjoyed the views Blue Mountains has to offered.

What a fabulous trip I had with my boyfriend to China. We went on a tour to the Great Wall of China and the Ming Tombs tour from Beijing. We booked our tour through the online travel site Viator.com. The experience was humbling. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable with the area. The highlight was seeing the great wall.
