I have to say, I was very happy with the service I received from usavisanow.com, I would totally recommend them. We were petitioning for a CR-1 visa for my husband who is an Italian citizen living in Italy at the time, and the process seemed so complicated and nerve-wracking at first! We felt we needed help to make sure we didn't miss any paperwork and we did everything correctly, but couldn't afford to pay the thousands in fees that other attorneys were asking for. So we found this service which was very affordable compared to everyone else and took a leap of faith and went with them. We didn't regret it. We had good guidance through the process, we always knew what to expect next and what paperwork to have ready next, and this relieved some of our stress. We were also happy with how good communication was – our phone calls were returned promptly and no question of ours was left unanswered. The process went very smoothly thanks to these guys and we always felt supported! We were so thrilled when my husband was finally approved for his CR-1 and was able to move to the States with me, where he was granted his 2 year conditional green card! I recommend usavisanow.com and will definitely be back in two years' time when my husband will have to petition to have his conditions removed from his green card. Many thanks!

They are good at preparing PERM. They are quick, affordable and efficient. Director John reply quick and always do the things right even I doubted sometimes. But John don't spend too much time on why he do it in that way and not in the way you think it's right. Anyway, never get screwed up from them, get case certified very quick. Highly recommend.
This lawyer is very aggressive rude though he offers very cheap services but standards are also very very poor he will not file green card application under EB2 category coz there is more work involved he will insist on filling under EB3 you get what you pay for he is very disappointing

I am very happy with the service I received from usavisanow.com for my H-1B Visa process. Maritza answers questions and emails quickly and knows her trade well. I loved that I could track my status with her office using their online client site. I was able to upload all of my documents which saved me overnight delivery fees. The attorney fee is very affordable compared to other immigration lawyers. I will definitely recommend her to my friends.
My petition to become a Permanent Resident was approved by USCIS on August 15, 2010.
Maritza and her staff did an excellent job on my case. She was very prompt in responding to my emails and calls with questions and requests for updates. She was very professional and the process was efficient and smooth for me.

He is not an attorney, just a guy who works with an attorney. That attorney, however, is not even an immigration attorney. I am not even sure she knows what he is doing, and I am not sure what field she is working in. Stay away!
