Ticket Nightmare
I recently purchased tickets online from Paris to Montreal. Numerous hours on hold. After taking 2000 dollars from my credit card and sending me confirmation numbers I was assured and assumed I now had tickets. Without warning the tickets were cancelled. This put me out hundreds of dollars for hotels I had paid for as well as other reservations made, not to mention losing my vacation. I called the airline directly got the same tickets for 700 dollars less with travel insurance and almost no time spent on hold. I will never deal with Travelocity again. Now I am waiting for my 2000 refund for tickets I never got.

Why is it that it is difficult 5to receive coupons from your organization. I have been trying to get a coupon for more than a year.

I LIVE IN CANADA HENCE MY SEARCH FOR A FLIGHT WAS MADE THROUGH TRAVELOCITY.CA. MY CONFIRMATION BILLING HAVING BEEN QUOTED AT $638.83.,I EXPECTED THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.
MUCH TO MY CHAGRIN WHEN I RETURN FROM MY TRIP MY CHARGE CARD REFLECTED $805.23, THAT IS 25% MORE THAN YOUR QUOTE. THIS WAS EXTREMELY TRAUMATIC HAVING JUST RETURNED FROM A FUNERAL.
YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY THEREFORE IT IS MISLEADING IF YOUR QUOTATIONS ARE IN U.S.DOLLARS, WITHOUT ANY INDICATION , AS WE ALSO TRADE IN DOLLARS HERE IN CANADA. THERE ARE OTHER LOCAL TRAVEL AGENCIES OFFERING SIMILAR FLIGHTS AND HOTELS IN CANADIAN DOLLARS AS YOU ARE OFFERING IN U.S.DOLLARS, SO ITS NEITHER LESS COSTLY OR MORE CONVENIENT TO TRADE WITH YOUR COMPANY.

in case you are not satisfied with them, they hired a bunch of asshole from Indian to take care of you --- that is its consume relation.

Just cannot believe their customer service. Numerous 40 to 60 minute phone calls with the worst looped scratchy 'music' I have ever heard. And.. all this for a less than satisfactory resolution. I have to wonder how long they can stay in business. They have certainly lost mine!
