Use Great Caution with this Company

They do not care about customer satisfaction as long as they make a sale. this is a copy and paste from a recent experience in California: NEVER EVER use ticketfly to purchase your tickets for anything! I ordered tickets, noticed (while they are printing) that it had the wrong date and location on the tickets, so I gave them a call. I tell the lady the situation and that I had just placed the order like 30 seconds ago. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes and comes back to tell me, "Sorry we cannot refund your money." I tell her I don't want her to, I just want tickets for tonight's show in L.A. and not tomorrows show 300 miles away - sorry no refunds! Best part, they delete your comments from their page when you let them know how you feel and how they could rectify the problem. PLEASE PLEASE SHARE THIS!!!

    Insecure

    My credit card informational was stolen 1 day after I used this site, and since I don't do on-line credit card transactions they were the ONLY place this could have happened. I called customer service to tell them this and got NO HELP. Still waiting for the tickets I bought, hopefully I can at least get them. DON'T USE TICKETFLY!!!!

    NEVER AGAIN

    I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely HORRIBLE Ticket Fly is. A few months ago I ordered tickets that were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks, and it was a little over. That upset me a bit, but I still got them in time so whatever. A couple days ago I ordered tickets to another concert and got the 2 day shipping which is about $20 extra. If I'm paying that much for shipping, I expect my tickets to be here on time. I never received tracking information, only order conformation. And what do you know, I check my mail and the tickets aren't there. I am so done with Ticket Fly, I've heard so many horrible things about them. I just wish they'd get shut down. Ticketmaster is much more convenient. I am calling customer service now to see if they can send me the tickets through email so I can print them and bring them tonight. If I don't get tickets to this concert, I'm going to be extremely angry. DO NOT BUY FROM TICKET FLY. THEY SUCK

    THE NATIONAL at Hollywood Forever Cemetery

    The Hollywood Forever Cemetery is a great place for a concert or movie in Los Angeles but beware... Ticketfly the company that acts as a ticket broker is the absolute worst. They refunded my tickets without being clear since my roommate also bought tickets using the same address. Very unhelpful on the phone. It is not fun to show up at a show to find out that you don't have tickets even though I was on continuous emails about parking and gate info.

    Overcharged and ZERO Customer Service

    TicketFly's site crashed when I tried to order tickets the night before a concert- conventiently after midnight the site was up and running with an added $10 ticket charge. When I tried to contact customer service to explain the situation (since they were closed the night before) they offered ZERO help. They're worse than ticketmaster.

    Don't waste your time and patience on buying tickets fr

    My boyfriend and I purchased a pair of tickets for a show approximately three hours away from our home. The show is tonight, and as of today, the tickets have yet to arrive. We paid extra for shipping (as in-home printing is not available for the show and we would rather just have the tickets since we are driving kind of far) and ordered the tickets over three weeks ago. On their website it states that tickets are mailed out 48 hours after purchase- clearly, this is not the case. My boyfriend had already called once last week to inquire about their status. As they still have yet to arrive, I called their customer service and had our tickets changed to will-call. The customer service representative wasn't terribly reassuring about the situation and though the shipping charge was not too crazy, as it never actually arrived, it should have been refunded as a courtesy. I find it hard to believe that they were simply "lost in the mail." All in all, we could have purchased our tickets at the door and saved ourselves the hassle and worry as to whether they will actually be there after our three-hour long drive tonight. I would not recommend this company nor would I purchase from them again.

    Why even have a customer service line?

    I just purchased a ticket for an upcoming festival and entered a promotional code, which on the computer was honored but which was not included in my total price. After waiting 10 minutes to get a hold of a customer service rep I was told that I must have done something wrong and that's that. Just saying- it's great to go to concerts but not great to deal with bs and feel like you are overcharged and not listened to. I suggest buying tickets through any other provider before using ticketfly.

    DO NOT EVER USE TICKETFLY!!!

    First off, they were rude. They DID NOT care whatsoever about customer satisfaction. They got my money and I wasn't able to go to the concert. I was looking forward to go to the IAMDYNAMITE concert for months, and when I purchased my ticket, it did not have the disclaimer that it was a 21&up show only. I am under 21, therefore I was not able to go to the concert because of Ticket fly's mistake. I was back and forth with the venue and ticket fly, trying to get a full refund and I never heard back from them until about a week later WHEN I had to call them!! My refund request was denied because they are a bunch of a*******!! I gave them a 1 because there wasn't a 0. Long story short.... never ever use ticket fly!!!!!

    Out $600 for one ticket worth $100...

    The website told me my credit card was not working and I tried over and over. And went to check my account and they charged me FIVE TIMES for one ticket. A ticket that was supposed to be $108 and I was charged $119 for each coincidentally... I called customer service and they gave me an email address for an out laying company that does the billing. No phone number or anything. He said this had happened before and had to google the other company to get me the email address and that that I may or may not hear back by Monday...really?????? I'm out 600 dollars and you tell me I may or may not hear back? Guess who is contacting their lawyer?? This chick. Don't use this company!!

    My brother and I ordered tickets to a show in Syracuse, NY (we're from Maine) months in advance. We geared up for a trip and decided, since it was close, to see Niagara Falls as well and made a quick trip out of it, in which we drove 9 hours and made it to the show the next day (on two hours of sleep), waited in line at the very front outside will-call for three hours, only to be pulled to the side and told that we had purchased only a CD/t-shirt combo and not the tickets themselves, which we now had to pay $25 for a piece, even though online initially minus the combo pack, they were $10. The CDs and t-shirts weren't even onsite and we didn't get into the show because we had only enough money on us left for gas to get home. We were even sent a parking map and instructions for will-call pickup the day before the show, and a congratulations on our TICKET purchase and to have a good time. This company is doing illegal things and should be shut down. The people with us in line also had the same issue but coughed up the extra money to get in, so naturally they won't be complaining.

    Ticketfly IS nothing but Fraudulent-I noticed a familiar scheme

    Friday 07 November 2014 – Saturday 08 November 2014->Lone star music festival(Houston) -- I regretfully used ticketfly as my middleman to purchase a ticket and see my fav band BLink 182 along w/Wiz Khalifa, Aioki and many more at a venue in Houston tx known as Discovery green. Days after my purchase i received an email on my smartphone through ticektfly saying the whole weekend show was cancelled due to "undisclosed" reasons.

    After getting over that shitty feeling i then began wondering about my refund, So i kept reading on... "ticketfly will refund all ticket purchases on all original accounts that purchased this event.. and will receive a confirmation email regarding the receipient's REFUND information within the next 5-7 business days."

    So I waited... and waited to receive that confirmation email regarding my $87.00 refund that i had previously purchased weeks before. After waiting a long while, I sent an email to ticketfly saying i had not yet received my confirmation email after waiting longer than the promised duration of time(5-7 business days) and that i was wondering what's going on? A few days later i received a reply from one of ticket fly's schemish employees stating--"... again we are sorry for any inconvenience but Discovery Green is no longer handing out refunds right now for the lonestar music festival... if their is any other service you would like us to be of assistance then please let us know ".

    I WAS/STILL AM LIVID, SO I Respond to that email with much anger and questioning as to how it is legal to rationalize a scandalous transaction and play it off like its not 'their' fault,from me saying stuff like this-> I GAVE MY MONEY TO YOU GUYS TICKETFLY, NOT DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE SO YOUR COMPANY LITERALLY JUST STOLE MONEY FROM ME!!!(I still have never received my refund of $87.00, OR another email until recently..)

    ^^^^ That Is my story, but as of tonight I was looking down my Gmail account and noticed a new email from the notorious Ticketfly about an event with a band ANTISERUM playing a show Sat, May 9, 2015 in Spokane, WA, that was recently cancelled due to some illness. AND SUDDENLY another email came in from ticketfly saying please disregard that last email that you may have received about Antiserum, it wasn't meant to go to you...(LIKE I was the accidental recipient of that email because maybe they have a blacklist of customers they never want to communicate with ever again,It's all so damn fishy) But anyways, Due to the date of this event being extremely recent I am very sure there will be a select random bunch of people complaining about their refunds never being processed back to their accounts VERY SOON! Just wait.... Oh yeah, NEVER USE TICKETLY!!

    I'm a business major at one of the nation's top 100 Business schools, and sadly I understand 'their' business strategy for more dinero, ticketfly gross's about $500million annually, and to me that is rather large for a company of only 130 employees..I'm not saying that is impossible, but being a Cliche middleman as a business that has other major competitors like Ticketmaster, Stubwire, etc...and grossing this kind of revenue after only a few years of starting the company is somewhat fishy, especially with their business strategy that involves low pressures of adaption in domestic even international markets, and also using marketing strategies like: free social networking as the BASIS OF OPERATIONS for communication and TRUST!!!(IDK about you guys, but TRUST is HUGE in business, and internet transactions have little to NO TRUST!!!) ANYBODY CAN DO THAT!!!!! PROMISE YOU A GUARANTEE THROUGH FACEBOOK AND EMAIL!?!? This shit needs to be stopped!

    horribly designed platform

    I work in a box office and I would not even have been able to dream up a platform as poorly designed as ticketfly has turned out to be. It makes doing my job about 4 times as annoying, frustrating, and tedious at it used to be. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I had purchased my tickets for a concert at the 930 club a month ago, and a week before the concert my tickets still hadn't arrived. When I called to see what could be done about my problem, the woman who answered the phone was immediately rude and seemed incredibly annoyed I was calling. We did end up changing my tickets to will call pick up, but I won't be using this company again for any ticket needs. Maybe they should look into hiring customer service reps that at the very least pretend to care about ticketing issues and don't make it seem like it's the customers problem. horrible customer service means no repeat customers...business 101.

    Terrible web server and worse customer service

    Was told I would have a response within 48 hours however heard back 5 days later. The response didn't answer the two questions I asked which made the response pointless. Was rude and completely assumptive when answering questions I didn't have. I will never attempt to purchase tickets through this company again.

    Find another way to buy tickets

    I tried to purchase tickets to a Willie Nelson Show on Friday 10/17 using my mobile device, but somehow I got tickets for Saturday 10/18 by mistake. I The mobile interface they provide is very poor and hard to navigate, and I must have hit the wrong button. Within seconds of receiving the confirmation email and realizing the mistake I immediately called Ticketfly to inform them of the problem and ask them to change the date of my tickets.

    After spending 30-min on hold I spoke to a "customer service" rep (Christopher) who told me they would not change the date - I had to buy the correct tickets in another transaction, but he would see if they would cancel the first transaction. He said would have to send the matter to his manager and would get back to me. I asked when that might be and he said "maybe tomorrow or the next day...I really can't say."

    As soon as I got off the phone, I bought the tickets for the right day (using a desktop computer). Within 1-minute I received a message from Ticketfly that they would not refund my first purchase.

    I do not feel I was provided services that justify the $26 in "Service" fees I was charged. There would have been almost no difficulty for Ticketfly to simply switch the tickets to the proper date or, once I had

    purchased the correct ones, void the first sale. Tickets for both dates were still available.

    I contacted the venue (which has been in continuous operation for over 60 years and is a local legend) and told them that this ticket distributor was not in line with their values of customer service. I received a response from management at the venue that they would refund my money for the wrong tickets.

    Everyone should let the venues know that they will not use this service and find an alternative or just go to the box office instead. It's the only way to put this company and it's mercenary practices out of business.

    Also, check out the BBB listing for Ticketfly. Pretty horrible!

    Terrible Disgusting Company Steer Clear

    I bought tickets to an even that ended up being cancelled. They say no refunds or exchanges UNLESS the event is cancelled which was true in my case. I called customer service and they basically told me to suck it and that they were NOT going to give me a refund. They would not let me talk to a manager or a different customer service rep. They just basically said its not our fault the event was cancelled and we will not give you a refund.

    I feel cheated! They stole my money!

    Really shitty customer service

    I have an event today and I needed to change my method of delivery to at home printing. I must've called about thirty times emailed twice exhausted my options. When I call even though it's nine where I am the number I call says that they aren't open until seven am on weekdays. Very annoyed and pissed off.

    TICKETFLY IS HORRIBLE!!!

    NEVER ever use ticket fly. They are the worst place to get your tickets. They have no concern about their customers and only care about their sales. They are so bitchy to their customers and don't care about customer service. They do not try and help you and I had to call them about 20 times to get what I wanted. They are HORRIBLE. I would rate them a -100 !!! If you want your money back if you all of a sudden can't go to a concert don't plan on it.

    Ripoff

    I bought two tickets for a festival in Ohio. I placed my order and they charged me for six. I called to get a refund after being on hold for 30 minutes they told me I should have checked before I hit purchase. Which I did. Total ripoff and now I'm out $400.

    TICKET BUYERS BEWARE (skip show altogether)

    D'Angelo and The Vanguard with Gary Clark Jr. and Meg MAC (New York)

    Just like everyone, my issue is similar.

    I made a purchase of 1 ticket, but was charged for 2 tickets. A total of 173.04. Per ticket was 72.50 + service fee of $14.02.

    I sent an email to customer service and immediately followed-up with a phone call (10 minutes wait). I spoke with Daniel to resolve the matter, and it was confirmed that I would get fully reimbursed for the extra ticket, but was only partially refunded for that ticket after receiving an updated order via email.

    I called again (over 10 minutes wait) to dispute the reason for the partial refund, only for the rep a female, whom never bothered to give me her name, put me on hold for 2 minutes, came back on the phone to give me some crappy reason, and then subsequently hung up on me when I was trying to understand the reason for the partial refund, given that it's not mentioned in their policy.

    I called a 3rd time (over 10 minutes wait), only to speak with Daniel, who dismiss my request to speak with his supervisor or the manager. In summary, he said that his manager was too busy and that he'll get back to me (I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS, EVER), which he did via email to the email I sent them earlier concerning my issue. His response was the same illogical reasoning as the female rep (credit card processing fee) for partial refund. I called my credit card company, and spoke with a rep that said that this is untrue. They do not charge a processing fee. As for the remaining balance (excluding the processing fee), it's non-refundable.

    This is unacceptable that I am being penalized for an error their system made. While, I am looking forward to attending the upcoming concert and was hoping to attend the Santana concert in August at the same venue, this will be my first and last time attending an event at the venue if it remains that Ticketfly is the ticket seller of choice for this venue. Moreover, I WOULD NOT be attending any event where Ticketfly is the ticket seller.

    Shoddy business practice -- I could only imagined the surplus they generate on a yearly basis due to such fraudulence.

    I'll give 0 stars if it had the option.

    A couple of weeks ago I was looking to buy tickets to a concert in Las Vegas. The concert tickets were being sold through ticketfly. Because I had never heard of ticketfly, I googled their reviews to see if they were a good company. I saw bad review after bad review and it made me a little nervous but the tickets were a lot cheaper through them. After contemplating for a couple of days, I decided to take the risk and order my tickets from ticketfly. Everything worked like it was suppose to and my tickets were in will call and we had a great time. Before I purchased my tickets the thought occurred to me that people who get there tickets and everything goes as planned probably don't bother leaving a good review so I'm here to balance things out a little and let you know that it wasn't a horrible experience. Thanks ticketfly.

    HORRIBLE prices

    Found tickets for a show THREE times cheaper than Ticketfly. What a ripoff. Ticketfly does not offer refunds, which is fine, but they shouldn't charge three times as much as other sites and then expect people to be all happy sunshiny when they find out they've been screwed out of an extra $250. I'm never purchasing through ticketfly ever again and will make sure my friends know. I only gave it a 1 rating because 0 wasn't an option.

    Tried to order concert tickets the day of the concert. Site down for ~1 hour, but it would not tell me anything until I repeatedly went through the complete purchase process and then it would loop back, leaving me to wonder what I had done wrong. Eventually the message that their site was down began to display. I finally get the tickets and decide to print them, but it leaves no option for each ticket but to print a ticket that has a 1/2- page of color advertisements. I could not get it cut out and still print the top and bottom portions that were the actual ticket 'pieces.' Turns out that was not to be a problem because I could not get any of it to print. So I called the company. After a prolonged wait I got through to a human who finally put me on the will-call list (the only other ticketing option), noting the final list for the concert had not been printed so it would not be a problem. However, when I arrived, no tickets/name on list. That was another bunch of fun while my friends waited for me to get them into the concert. Great concert. Stressful, time-consuming process to actually get into the concert. I will go out of my way to avoid using Ticketfly in the future.

    Steer clear ... your credit card info may not be secure

    Yesterday, Sun Feb 5 around 4 pm, I used TicketFly (for the very first time) to purchase 4 tickets to a Michael Kaeshammer concert at the Midland Cultural Centre in Midland, Ontario. Then I went out and made a few more purchases with my credit card. About 8 pm my bank's (TD VISA) credit card fraud department called to ask me about a suspicious charge of ~ $1,400 from a company that thy said sold hats. When I told them that I recognized the other purchases I made that afternoon but not the one they were calling about, they cancelled the fraudulent transaction, will be issuing me new card and doing whatever they normally do to try to investigate further.

    With regard to the actual tickets I had purchased, the 4 tickets appeared immediately in my email as I expected and I've printed them so I'm not expecting to have a problem when I try to use them next weekend.

    Anyway, because of the coincidental timing of my first time use of TicketFly's payment system and the call from my bank's fraud department (& cancellation of my card) my natural suspicion is that the TicketFly's payment system is compromised and credit card info you give their site does not appear to be secure.

    I've also informed the Midland Cultural Centre (MCC) who uses TicketFly as the payment system for ticket purchases over the web, so that they are also aware. I received a call from the MCC this morning and they advised me that MCC's "Account management" had contacted their TicketFly "Account management" and TicketFly would be contacting me directly to investigate further.

    I don't know what will come of these investigations, but at least TD Bank and the MCC will hopefully be doing whatever followup and investigation they can do re TicketFly's payment system and it will be better than me trying deal with TickerFly's "Customer Service" phone number.

    Charges for extra tickets

    I purchased 2 tickets for riot fest. when I received my receipt, they charged me for 4 tickets. I contacted them right away, they said they would have to contact the promoter to get me a refund. Even though it was their website error. They made me wait ten days to find out they would not refund me my money. Never use this company's service.

    horrible customer service

    I have purchased tickets from Ticketfly a number of times and never had an issue - apparently because I never had to use their customer service before. I purchased tickets for a show. I had 2 browsrs open and selected 2 tickets per browser just to see what was available. I selected the browser with the best seats and hit "purchase" and ended up with 4 tickets! I e-mailed and called right away. I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes and figured I'd call back later since they were obviously busy selling tickets. I called back later and spend 30 minutes on hold. When I got through I was abrupty told "all sales are final". I understand charging me for the 2 tickets, because that's what I had in my checkout but seriuosly? That is just a design flaw on their program and they're charging me for it? Long story short, I finally did get the refund but only after the British man shouted over me that's "how the internet works" and would not let me explain the situation whatsoever. I was literally shaking with anger after "speaking" (getting yelled at) with him. For the record, you can go back and forth and pick 10 (for this show) anyway tickets and then take your best pair. It's a total design flaw but might as well use it to your benefit!

    ticketfly worked for me

    Ordered tickets 7 days before the show. Got 2 day ups air mailed. They arrived in 2 business days. Still a little pricey for shipping and service charge. No different than TicketMaster. But over all not bad. I'm going to the show and I got an actual ticket. Not some printed computer paper crap I'm gonna spill beer on and smear the ink. O yeah I even called to ask about my ups tracking code cause i didn't receive it in the email and this darling sweet voice of a lady gave me the code and i tracked them all the way to my splintered impatient fingertips. Powerful Ticketfly
