Very disappointed

I wish I could review the products, but I never received them!

I recently placed an order for paintbrushes. They are my husband's favorite kind, but they don't sell them in PA. So, I was going to get them for him for Valentine's day. After I got a tracking e-mail saying that I received the product, I called to let the company know that a box never came from them. When I called to inquire, the sales representative was rude and basically said it is my problem. He went off about how UPS works. I tried several times to tell him that your company sent the product Usps. He told me he would research the issue and left me on hold for 25 minutes. I then called back and spoke to another representative. She very rudely insisted that the product was out for delivery today, the 28th. I informed her that today's date was the 30th. Again, she could/would not rectify the situation. After sending 2 e-mails (in which no one replied), I called again. This time I asked to speak to a supervisor. Conveniently, you can only leave messages. And you guessed it...I left a message, and no one called me back. I have not received the product to this date, but you better believe they charged my credit card. So now, I have paid for products I have yet to receive, and I donít have anything to give to my husband for Valentineís Day.

    Poor attitude and customer service

    These folks just don't care and are terrible about customer service. Folks that answer the phone are rude, arrogant, and unhelpful.

    When I called to find out about status I was given vague information. Emails go unanswered, promised follow-up never happened.

    PROS: low price

    CONS: Terrible customer service, no follow-up, promised communication never happened, lack of information and/or status of order.

    The package has not arrived.It was to be here on the 16th june graham maxwell 3 neil st. southside gympie.qld.aus. 0754822657.please advice me where it is.Regards Graham..ps there is paint pants and brushes,also the lat lot you sent had no shirt [L] and only 5 roller sleeves instead of 6

    Horrible customer service

    Order 141107 Placed Dec 21, 2016

    I ordered some rustoleoum polyurethane on December 21. I am used to companies which communicate about how long things are going to take. I wrote them on December 28 trying to find out why the items had not been shipped. On December 29, I received a rude response from customer service by email (No name mentioned in email) saying that with this item it takes 10-14d before shipping and I cannot cancel it. On December 29, I wrote back 2 times saying to cancel the order and do not ship. They never responded to my emails and I contacted the credit card company to alert them. On Jan 3 I received notification they shipped me the items. I contacted the credit card company and they said to refuse delivery. So I did that. On Jan 11, I received a call from the paintstore asking why I refused delivery and I explained what happened. I do not know how this will end, but my experience in dealing with this was horrible!
