I ordered a product almost a month ago. I still have not recieved it. I called after ten days and they said they would send me 3 of the four bottles they had on hand. After ten days still no product. I called again and carlos said that it was shipping that day. that was nine days ago and once again no product. Yet they charged my credit card from the word go. I've been lied to three times and I'm ready to take action. The net is a very powerful tool and I intend to use it. Do not do business with this company as they are a bunch of scam artist.

Worse order experience

  • Inconvenient Free shipping (it goes from 3-5 days to 4-10 days once you place the order over $75...)

  • Delayed Shipping (2 weeks)

  • Delay in receiving information about unavailable product (1 week to notify me about the missing Body Wash)

  • Mistake on product ordered

  • Unprofessional customer service

  • Improper rule to receive return shipping label

  • Sales Tax at 9.25%!

Cons:

    Missing items, wrong items, unresponsive - had to dispute.....

    Had I have read the reviews first...I called BEFORE ordering to ask if a certain herb was in stock and said that that particular herb was the reason for the order. The response was YES so I placed the order. It arrived MISSING the key item as well as another item and included something I did NOT order. There was no packing slip or invoice in the box. Crystal agreed to send me a return shipping label for the entire order because of the way it was handled and because she could not guarantee the key item was in stock. TWO WEEKS later after I filed a dispute I was sent a return label for only the incorrect item, even tho the label is for a Flat Rate box! They said I will have to return the remaining items (which I reordered and received from elsewhere) at MY expense. When they replied to me, parts of the email history were altered to remove key information in their prior responses including email dates and terms of the return agreement. Save your time and funds and if you take a chance, be sure to use a form of payment that is protective. Save all correspondence including names, dates and emails. A simple order should NOT turn out like this especially when I called BEFORE placing the order. Calling ahead will not ensure that your item will ship.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WT THEM!Placed my order(#332722) on 03/03/2010 received package 03/15 just to find out that not only I received wrong product do (product on they web site had wrong picture) but also Order was incomplete)on 03/16 !! got e-mail stating that my 2nd product was no longer available and I had 15 days to respond to substitute AFTER i got the package. After waiting 2 more weeks waiting on return label to mail wrong product back and another week for them to receive it I was assured that my order is on the way. 4/30/2010 another e-mail stating that my 2nd product was out of stock after they told me full order was shipped.Today is 05/04 still no product...Over 2 months of many,many phone calls and lies I should get a full refund and all I was offered is $9.00 credit on my NEXT!!ORDER...After what I went trough with this people I WILL NEVER order from them again if they are last Supplement store on the Internet.

    After waiting three weeks for the product I ordered I received an e-mail from Crystal. She said the item was cancelled but had been upgraded to an additional amount and did I still want it, I said yes. After another two weeks, I called again, her number was in the email, she said she did not see the order and couldn't tell me what happened. Completly incompetent. I will never order from this company. You shouldn't either.

    free shipping on lip balms

    Got free shipping on lip balm. Other places you have to spent $99 to get free shipping. But 6 lip balm only cost me $14.50 for them. That's a bargain.

    order# 390711-California, San Jose city. order on 1/18/11, This is the worst experience i ever had. This site and their customer service just horrible. Placed order which clearly indicate in stock and ship in 1 day. but after a whole week pass nothing shipped, called so many times, everytime is a different story,or they lie to you say it will ship next day...or call you back in 10 min. which never happen, they just try to get you off the phone. finally they said, they are out of stock which they could have told me the first time i called and cancel order, but they choice to lie and drag about it . Bad company!

    Saw Google display free shipping text for this website. Need to buy 6 same of different items to get free shipping. I pay $35 dollar still get free shipping. No need to buy over $100 to get free shipping...

Order #365***) Horrible customer service, website not updated with out of stock items, if one of your items is out of stock they don't bother to ship any of it and the only way you find out is if you call and ask where your order is. For me, I ordered on the 15th with 8.95 3-5 day shipping and called on the 26th to see what had happened. With no apologizes he said they did not want to send an incomplete order (I had ordered 2 of everything in my cart so i could have at least had my supps in hand to use.) He assured me that they would send incomplete order the next day but today - the 31st I received an email that they had shipped this morning. Very frustrating. I would give no stars if I could.

    My order number was #331529. If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible customer service. I ordered my product over a month ago and after repeated emails and verbal contact via phone, I was promised a refund since my card had been charged and my product never shipped. After I was promised a cancellation on my order with a full refund (since the product was never shipped out), I emailed them asking about it since it's been two weeks since the promise. Instead of a response, I get an email today stating my product had shipped. I would pay twice as much from a company that cares more about their customers before I would order from them. It's not worth the savings!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order (#327505) with them even after reading bad reviews. My products were supposed to arrive in 3 - 5 days. On day 6 I called customer service and was told that they were waiting for the product to come in from the manufacturer. It was NOT listed as out of stock on their web site. They said they would upgrade my shipping to Priority (gee, thanks). Fine. Waited another week and called back. Still have not received product. They could not tell me when the product would arrive. I asked to cancel my order. It is now day 3 after I requested to cancel my order and I have still not received confirmation of it being cancelled and a refund. I called a second time and was told their system was down. Calling in a moment. Save yourself a MAJOR hassle - order elsewehere.

    I was using google shopping to find some good deals. I was refered to TakeHerb.com for a good price and free shipping. After completing my order, I was checking out and was charged $8.95 shipping. I promptly cancelled my order. Why advertise free shipping and not offer it?

    herballoveshop.com ITS THE SAME COMPANY WORST COMPANY EVER I ORDERED SOME LIQUID VITAMINS IT TOOK THE TWO WEEKS JUST TO SHIP THE ORDER THEN WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE SECURITY SEAL WAS OFF AND THE BOTTLE HAD BEEN OPENED.SO ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT BOTTLE WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR POSTAGE TO SHIP THERE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM TOOK ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO SHIP MY REPLACEMENT BOTTLE THIS ONE WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST THE REPLACEMENT BOTTLE ALL THE LIQUID VITAMINS HAD SPILLED OUT OF THE BOTTLE SO ALL I RECEIVED WAS A EMPTY BOTTLE WITH A MESS OF RED GOOEY LIQUID ALL OVER EVERYTHING I FINALLY JUST DID A CHARGE BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

    This company is awful! Half my order was shipped with a note that the rest of my order was on backorder. Shortly after that I got an e-mail that said my items were discontinued. I asked for a refund and although they agreed (have the e-mails to prove it), they never came through. They stole my money, in my book, they are thieves. I would not order from them, not when there are more reputable places to order from.

    Should have read the ratings before ordering. How do I contact you? It's been 3 weeks since I ordered. You have my payment for a product I have yet to receive. I'll give it to the end of next week, then do what I can to ensure that the next person doesn't go through this. Buyer Beware!

    Great prices and selection of products. But then you find out that 20% of the products on the site are no longer available (and don't wait for them to let you know!!). Then half of what is "available" they have to order. Their website is VERY glitchy.

    If you want cheap prices and you have a lot of patience then go for it! Otherwise keep looking.
