Brilliant business model, can may pose a problem for people with gambling issues. I find it exciting, and at times, I have the time to sit and wait for the right time to bid. The bid butler poses a problem in that you are supposed to be only allowed 1 bid butler per game, yet one indiviual in any auction seems to go well beyond the 50 voucher limit. Not sure how! The countdown clock in each auction of quite often not correct in that it may show pictorially a 10 seconds countdown, but it recalibrates for 20 seconds on each new bids. The clocks also add large periods of time 30 to 45 minutes despite the fact that there have been no new bids. Caveat Emptor. Need to know what you are doing here. Once you figure it out, you should really enjoy.

They ripped me off repeatedly! Won an item, took my money and never shipped it and then a month later said they were out of it and then a few weeks later said they wouyld refund me and never did! Filed mail fraud against them!

Don't like the way times are put on auctions and dates which will say "must end on the 21st oct at say 1:30 and then on the 19th oct the sale begins" so you can't be sure when they are going to finish. Also how can vouchers go to auction and say they are going for £46.00, then they will do another along side which will go for £5.00 because they have different dates on this must be a scam

They do not ship in a timely manner and their customer service won't reply to any inquiries. Not just me... do a search and see for yourself.
Their business model is valid, but they must be close to going out of business since they take a month or more to ship high-end items. Need to sell more bids to pay for past auctions.
If they are making money... they will fail anyway with terrible (nonexistent) customer service and shipping times that do not meet their stated terms & conditions.
