Poor Customer Service

Ordered and received shoes within the timeline stated on site. shoes were both marked size eleven but were two different sizes. contacted customer service and ended up speaking with the customer service manager who was extremely rude. he acted as if we were trying to scam the company for wanting to return shoes that I could not wear. after several calls and E-Mails with photos of the shoes I returned shoes and was supposed to get my purchase price and up to 15 dollars of my shipping refunded. did get my purchase price but not shipping. other sites pay shipping both ways no questions asked will never purchase from this site again.

Bought: rebbok steel toe safety shoe

    Awful Customer Service

    Ordered boots 03/26 and it is 04/08 and they are somewhere lost in Wisconsin instead of in Texas where they were supposed to be shipped to. Customer Service "Supervisor" was very rude and dismissive of me stating that the boots were needed. I will absolutely 100% not order from them again and will be contacting my attorney if they are not received by me this week.

    Poor Customer Service

    I bought a pair of $135 pair of Dr. Martens. I returned them for the a larger size and they sent my original boots back and would not exchange them. I received a note in the box that said "not resellable visible wear on bottoms". I did walk around in them to see if they fit. How else are you going to know...right? These people could care less about good customer service.

    Terrible Customer Servce

    Have had two experiences both bad with customer service, one was resolved but the other not. First bad experience was on faulty boots that took for ever to resolve. This experience was one a exchange for a larger size. Our employee bought these boots, took them home where he wore them around the house. Now being told that they have wear on them so can't resell, hmmm if I'm trying them out probably going to have some wear. Tried to explain to the owner that what about when someone who goes to a store and tries on shoes and walks around the store with them on and then puts them back in the box. I was told that shoe stores have carpet, I mentioned when was the last time he was in a Mills Fleet Farm or similar store, they don't have carpet. Again it is really sad because they have a excellent variety of boots and shoes and some great prices, they just don't have good customer service. As a purchasing agent besides price I look for great customer service which you won't get here.

    Horrible Customer Service

    Ordered 2 pair of the exact same boots both costing $230 each with expidited shipping. One pair was clearly defected. I called the following day after receiving them. They advised me to email pictures and did so. They did not respond to that email for 2 weeks hoping I would go away. I persisted in making contact and was told they would call me back which they never did. They finally emailed me back saying they did not find the boots to be defective. I sent them back and when they received them a credit for the boots was given back. However they did not credit the shipping cost. I spoke with Matt the so called owner of the company who instead of trying to resolve the situation insisted on arguing with me about them being defective and insulting my intelligence in the process. I will never do business with them again and I hope anyone who reads this does the same. Look else wear for your footwear because they have horrible customer service. I would prefer to five a zero star rating if available.

    Placed an order online for pair of boots. I got an email saying boots are out of stock. Followed up by calling in another order for different boots and had them verify stock. Second order was cancelled for no reason. When I called about 2 orders being cancelled I was passed off rudely, and no resolution or reason was given. I have no shoes 2 weeks later. Go elsewhere. Not an ethical dealer! Buyer beware!

    Awful Customer Service

    I ordered a pair of boots and they sent the wrong boots plus the wrong size! I returned them two times now with them each time saying they are dirty. How can they be dirty if they're not used! They're the wrong size, wrong boots. They still have them saying that if I don't pay shipping again within the week they'll donate them to charity. Awful service!!! I will never purchase from them again.

    Thieves

    I bought a pair of boots for my husband, they ended up being too big and didn't have ankle support. I paid to ship them back but received them a week later with a note that the soles were dirty. I cleaned the soles with a stiff brush and water and again paid to send them back. Now they say that the entire boot is "filthy"...the thing is that when I went to look for the boots again I could not find them. What that tells me is that the real reason that they won't give my money back is that they stopped selling the boots. Also I talked to the returns manager, Matt, who was extremely rude and basically called me a liar and said that I won't see a penny of my money back. I won't even get the boots back unless I pay a third time for shipping

    I have a coworker who tried u guys out and loved the shoes. so i thought i would give it a go. there r really good prices on here that u don't find anywhere where i live anyways. and also a very large selection. so far kodos
