Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I ordered a hoodie, a month before the holiday rush, from them that they said was delivered but never got to me. They offered to send another, without hearing from them for 4 weeks, after calling 3 times and emailing 4, they said the item had never be processed and there was nothing else they could. After calling yet another time the best they could do was cancel my order and offer and 25% discount for the next time I order (like there would ever from there again. I have yet to recieve the refund back on my credit card even though, once again, they told me that it would only take 5-7 days. Very terrible service along with customer serivce. Wish I could give no stars.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!

I ordered a Christmas gift because that item was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. It didn't. After almost a month of calling and being told they would send me another and refund me the full amount (because it was guaranteed) I never saw a replacement, never saw a refund. The original finally arrived, ripped apart by customs, scratched and damaged! I finally spoke with a supervisor who patronized me and refused to send me a new one unless I paid for that too, refused to refund me the full amount, refused to follow through with the guarantee. I'm absolutely livid and will NEVER buy anything from here again!!!!!

    Slowest shipping ever

    I've been watching a shipment for close to three weeks now. Yes, it is out. Yes I'm getting detailed information. It is moving 1 city at a time. It is going to a major US city, not a small village. Very unhappy.

    Buyer beware, shop NHL.com I saw items I wanted to buy my husband for christmas, ordered them online with my credit card. This was on 12/22, it said it promises to ship by christmas. So I paid the extra amount. I received a confirmation of order, my credit card charge everything looked good. Then about 10 minutes later I get another email saying they cant fulfil my order. No reason why! But the charged my credit card. They said the funds will be credited in 5 - 10 days! Now what money do I have left to buy my husband a gift in time for christmas. I am a house wife and only have little funds. This is shameful. Now I can not give my husband a gift at christmas.

    I will never use shop.nhl or shop.NFL.com again. The worse customer service ever!!

    Do not use them!!

    Wrong item run around for re-order

    I placed an order online when I received it it was not even close to what I ordered.I ordered Red Wings woman pajama set what I got was a child's medium Ovechkin t-shirt nice checking the packing slip that was under the shirt. Called nhlshop next day was told it would be processed within 2-3 days then overnight shipped free....how nice of them.Called 5 days later was told again it was in process of re-order and I should get what I ordered within 5 days max.Called on 5th day was told re-order dept was backed up from Christmas (really thats the excuse).Was then told they'd push my order thru and it would be shipped in 6 days.I opted for full refund was told I'll receive e-mail in 1-3 stating the refund has been the magic word processed.From what I've read about the refund process looks like I'll be making some phone calls.I can't believe how the re-order process sucks so much.I will do my best not to order from nhlshop again.

    Their turnaround time on custom orders and shipping is slow. I was given an estimated delivery when I placed my order. I was notified via email that the order was shipped and saw that the delivery date had been bumped out another 4 days. I was not given the opportunity in advance to change my shipping option to keep it within the original delivery time schedule, nor did shop.nhl.com offer to ship it so that it would still be received by the original shipping date. I called and all they could say was that they were sorry. The order was placed as a gift to be given at a special event. Changing the delivery date now misses that special event.

    I placed and order on 5/9/11. It left the warehouse on that date. My email said it would arrive in 3-6 business days. It's been 9! The supervisor stated that it takes longer for some orders.(!)Why wasn't this mentioned in my confirmation email?!! On the tracking page, there is no updated info since 5/10/2011 and the supervisor said she had no idea where my package is! I needed this order for a 40th birthday party and it's too late to re-order from anywhere! Never, never order from them!!!

    absolutely the worst on-line ordering company to deal with. I wish I had read these reviews before falling into the same trap. I ordered and was billed for a custom Giroux jersey to arrive by christmas #5836partial order #.

    I received the jersey allright, but it was BLANK - no customization whatsoever, no name, no number.

    I called and got idiot lessons. 2 weeks later i called again, got someone with half a brain that directed me (with a label from them) to send it directly to the company that does the imprinting for them. I did, and miraculously, 2 weeks later (mid-January) -it arrived. another 2 weeks later they shipped me a second customized jersey!!! Now I am on my 4th phone call to return the second jersey. I was charged $162 and every time I call I am told it takes 24-48 hours for them to process a return. Its been 7 days since the last call. E-mailing is useless. All you get in response is a stock answer that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

    I am going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Maybe they'll take notice then. The NHL should not let them use their name or be associated with them.

    Buyer Beware NHL Shop.com

    Dealing with these guys is worse than having a tooth canal. I'm in the middle of trying to return a poor quality purse (expensive one).

    I ordered a purse in early June 2014, when I received it, I found that the logo stamp on it was uneven, ok at the top of the team logo and nearly flush with the leather surface at the bottom. I asked for an rma and returned it. I reordered the purse, thinking that it may have been just one that was not stamped correctly.

    To try to make a long story short, I was not receiving the "your order has shipped" email. After countless calls and emails, I finally am told that they are on backorder (nice of them to not bother telling me earlier). Finally, September 18, I get the order has shipped email.

    The purse arrives and is exactly the same as the first one, poorly stamped and add to that, the strap of the purse is rippled (thin, poor quality leather). I call them to tell them that I'm unhappy with this purse as well and request an RMA. After 8 phone calls requesting the rma over about 16 day period, I finally speak with a supervisor Karen H. She emails me a link for a pdf rma file but doesn't attach the file. I email back and forth and numerous more calls and get absolutely nowhere but a promise that a supervisor will contact me at my home phone within 48 hrs, well today is day 2 and nothing. I've requested the name of someone higher up than their CS Supervisors and do not receive the information. I'm so sick of this back and forth and getting nowhere. I will never again, ever order from NHL shop. I just want this nightmare to be over. I too will be filing a formal complaint with BBB but it appears that NHL shop doesn't give a cr*p about their reputation. Companies like this will eventually sink and deservedly so.

    Unorganized company - bad online service

    Nelson B.C. Canada - Jan 2014 - I also wish that I had read the reviews about this company - they are not good to deal with AT ALL! I placed an order Nov 30th for Christmas - it was supposed to arrive in about 10 days (being in Canada that is acceptable) It didn't arrive until Dec 28th and I called 5 times in Dec to check on my order to see if it was shipped to find it ANYWHERE to no avail - was lied to the whole time. PLUS they have JUST sent me a confirmation email that they are shipping me a SECOND order (of the same thing) and have even CHARGED ME a second time without my authorization!!!! This company is so unbelievably poorly run I can't even believe it can be associated with the NHL!!! They should be embarrassed!!!

    Winter Classic

    I purchased 4 jerseys for the Winter Classic on the day they were released for pre-order with a guaranteed ship by Dec 15th. I received 3 of 4 jerseys, only after calling every single day the week before the actual game and having many rush requests put in to the warehouse. They were customized authentic jerseys and they arrived looking absolutely horrible, in regards to the customization. Sloppy, messy, not straight... the lettering was disgraceful!! And it is now Jan 10th, well over a week after the actual game and I am still waiting for one of them to arrive. Utterly horrible for a guarantee and for quality!

    I ordered 2 jerseys from Shop NHL.com. One of them arrived in a timely fashion, while the other one is no where to be found, even though the tracking number says it has been delivered with the other one. On top of that, the one that arrived has the wrong color numbers and the A on the chest is also the wrong color. They should all be red with white surrounding, but it is white with black surrounding. This is unacceptable considering they charge you $75 to add the players name and number.

    They were both supposed to be christmas gifts, to be worn on a game on Dec 26th, which is not happening anymore. Took me 30 min to talk to someone on customer services, and they couldn't to anything for me. Not even offered a discount. So I am returning the jersey and asking for a refund, and will just buy the jerseys at the arena. I will never buy at shop.nhl.com again.

    If I could give Shop.nhl.com a 0 rating I would. I ordered a customized youth jersey a month before Christmas. It arrived in plenty of time....or should I say the wrong jersey arrived. It was the correct team but last year's jersey. I was assured that the problem would be rectified immediately, it was in stock and they were sending out the correct jersey and I would receive it in plenty of time for Christmas. After spending one hour on the phone tonight because I haven't received it yet (most of it on hold waiting for a customer service rep) the rep couldn't help me (the jersey was out of stock) and neither could the supervisor-I was offered a credit to my account and a discount on another item. A discount??? Another item??? To make more money??? Explain that to the 5 year old who is not getting his jersey this year at Christmas, if ever. Is this the way the NHL does business? I will be contacted in 24-48 hours by one of their "management team" regarding this situation. Ha! Here's the "situation"- NEVER EVER BUY FROM SHOP.NHL.COM and you won't have a "situation"

    Never again!

    I made a HUGE order after the Kings won the Cup. 11 items in all. Got an e-mail the next morning saying that all of my items were on back order. No problems there. Received 7 items shortly after with no problems. Received the 8th item, a shirt for my daughter, which was the wrong size and the wrong shirt. I have yet to receive the other 3 items, though 2 of them haven't been released yet. I have made 5 calls to customer service spanning almost 4 weeks. Each time I have gotten a voice-mail telling me to leave my name, number and order number. I have NEVER received a call back. Do NOT order from nhl.com. I know I will NEVER order from them again!

    Ordered 2 Winnipeg jets t-shirts

    One t-shirt has the jets logo on it and it's fine the other shirt has WINNEPEG on it! Spell check would of helped them!

    Disappointed in WINNIPEG...

    Terrible

    waited a month for something that i put advanced shipping on. they shipped the wrong thing, so waited 5-6 days to wait for them to fix the reship then they were late on the reship so i called them back and they said 1-2 days. called after 3 days and they said 1-2 days again and im still waiting. i ordered on December 2, 2011 and the mis-ship came in on the 9th and tomorrow is December 31st and i still don't have it.....THE BEST thing is there isn't even anywhere on their website to post a comment or complaint

    NHL.com is a ripoff. How can they do business with such a reputable name as NHL? They promise refunds in 3-5 days, mine has been over 2 weeks and still no credit on my credit card. I paid good money (too much money) for a personalized jersey that they sent with the name spelled wrong. They could not even read the purchase order that had the name spelled correctly. I was not able to give my son his most requested present because his name was spelled wrong. I made the mistake of ordering another one to replace it and guess what, now I'm out over $200. I never received credit for the 1st jersey. Do not order from NHL.com. Very disappointed with the experience all the way around. BUYER BEWARE. Read the other reviews too before you buy.

    I ordered a framed panoramic picture of the 2010 inaugural hockey game at the Consul Energy Center for my fiancé. I received the package in a timely manner; however, it was the wrong picture. (It was the 2010 World Series photo!)

    When I called customer service, the rep was very helpful and friendly. He sent me a UPS shipping label so that I could mail the World Series picture back to them. He also credited my account for the original shipping charges. He also requested second day air shipping so that my picture would be here in time for Christmas.

    Unfortunately for me, it's been over a week, and I still haven't received my correct picture. I called customer service twice yesterday, and the reps were no help whatsoever! They apologized but didn't do anything to help expedite my order. Therefore, my fiancé will not receive his gift on Christmas Day. I am so disappointed, and I WILL NOT SHOP WITH NHL.COM AGAIN!

    I ordered a nice hockey jersey for Christmas on 11/26. This item was in stock and would ship in a few days. I was lied to 5 times by customer service. I wanted it for a Christmas gift, but shopnhl let me down. I also will never order thru them again. This company is a joke. I asked for a discount when it became available. The best they could do is 5% because they didnt want to lose money on the deal. Way to bring back the fans.

    I placed an order on december 8th and recently found out it will not be ontime for christmas. The item has been instock since I ordered but I was told somewhere (which I never saw)that the item takes 7-10 BUSIMESS DAYS to leave the warehouse plus shipping time. So thank you NHL for making me the worst wife ever and not having a christmas present for my husband. I will never order from them again. Oh and when I asked to change the address to where I would be spending the holidays so that I would be able to have it they said they couldn't so that either.

    DO NOT BUY GIFTS HERE

    I am done shopping at this site. Do not buy gifts as your recipient cannot exchange it. The merchandise must be sent back and the original buyer's card is credited. That requires the gift recipient with nothing more than the option to bother the purchaser for a reorder. Whoever heard of such a policy? Don't even think of calling customer service, they're useless. Very disappointed.

    I bought a jersey from shopnhl.com for over $200 I've had it less then a year and the numbers started PEELING off. I contacted customer service who couldn't be any ruder told me since I've had the jersey longer than 60 days there was nothing they could do all I wanted was for them to fix the numbers not a new jersey they said since its been longer than 60 days there was nothing they would do... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Worst Online Customer Service Ever

    Ordered a Rangers jersey and paid extra for expedited pre-Christmas shipping. Order says it was shipped on 12/21. It still has not arrived. Calls to NHL shop automatically get put on hold with a recording that gives a 5 minute wait time estimate. I gave up after 45 minutes.

    Service ordering 2014

    I have been trying to order a customized jersey on the Canadian shop NHL site beginning on Nov17 and as of today Nov22, the site will take the name and number but will not submit the order. What is the problem with this site?

    Bought a New Jets jersey on nhl.com?

    Hi guys i am confused , about a month ago i bought a brand new Winnipeg Jets Jersey from shopnhl.com and i paid for it , now a month later they ship me another same jets jersey #33 but never charged me lol , i think they messed up dose any one think they will charge me again for there mistakes ? i never ordered 2 only 1 and they sent me this extra one , what should i do ??

    Ordered a customized Leafs jersey at midnight on a Saturday night and received it Tuesday morning! Amazing time for a custom product. Emailed customer service on the Monday with a question and got the email the same day.

    Only complaint - Purolator left a $300 item on my front step with NHL STORE plastered on it. Like a welcome mat that says STEAL ME instead.

    I haven't had any problems with shop.nhl.com

    I ordered a sweater a while ago, but didn't receive any tracking information so I called their customer service. Very friendly lady found my tracking info and apologized for not having sent it. (not her fault). A few days went by and I still was unable to track it, as the tracking number was via purolator air. Called back and asked them generally how long does it take to be able to track your package? Another nice lady then explained to me that I could only track it once it cleared customs. And that usually takes 1-3 business days. But sometimes could take up to 30. I was a little disappointed as I said I had paid for expedited shipping and was waiting for the sweater to wear to an upcoming hockey game. She explained that the expedited shipping was only valid for me in Canada. And that it wasn't explained well in their website. (it's not) I said I understand, again not her fault. She said she would put in a request to find tracking on my item in the us but it could take a few days. I agreed anyway. The next morning I got an email from a customer service rep stating that because they could not accurately guarantee my 1-3 business day arrival after paying expedited shipping that they refunded my credit card the full shipping cost. (was not expecting that at all). Aside from being unable to track your package before it hits customs, and the little misunderstanding as to when my package would arrive I have to say they have great customer service. I didn't ask for a refund and would have gladly paid the shipping. It's not their fault if the package is delayed at customs. The only complaint I have is I wish they would ship with ups into Canada as well as opposed to purolator. Besides that, I was very pleased.

    Awesome!

    Place an order for some sweaters, shorts and hats on shopnhl.com on Thursday morning. Got an email on Saturday morning stating that my package had been shipped via purolator air. Package arrived Monday afternoon. Very impressed considering my parcel was coming from Kentucky and going to Vancouver BC. Awesome job guys! Very impressed.
