When ordering from Serena & Lily, you better be sure! Their return process is a major nightmare. I seriously considered just keeping the thing, so I wouldn't have to spend any more time on it.

There appear to be two customer services reps. Wait to get Darby, the other one is grumpy and unhelpful.

Not so great company

Stuff is beautiful..communication terrible...be careful ordering from them they will run out of stuff and u will never know..no quantity control, will sell u stuff then you will find out it's not available and when dealing with pregnant women...not so smart....would not ever buy from them again

    Ordered sale items in January I had to hound them 6-8 weeks laters because no follow through after the order by email or no communication. Ordered 4 chairs on sale do not hear back then I called and called. Talked to various people. All said different things-- my credit card expired (which it did not) the order finally was false because they only had three and the fourth was a chair that was 5"'shorter!! They asked if I wanted the three and they'd just ship me the fourth I said yes. Days and days later nothing -and by the way every time I call them they'd say --oh we will ship it to you tomorrow. Then I call again a week later-- asking where my tracking number was for the items. Again they said they were still looking for the items in the warehouse. !!!! Then another person said oh by the way there are only two in the warehouse! And finally gave up and said forget it. I never comment on business's but this time I had to because they have already authorized payment from my credit card and we're just waiting for my approval to ship the two before triggering taking my money. I have the names of all the service people i talked to and can give you those but in general they were all poor and one particular one very rude. They have no control of their process and they do not deserve to be in business whether their stuff is cool or not. Technology these days allows for better customer service. These people I feel still have rotary phones and no communication with their warehouse. Email correspondence is so easy just to have the customer have a little piece of mind-- nothing. I will never order from them again- they are frustrating to say the least and life is too short to have to deal with incompetence like this.

  • Poor follow through I had to keep hounding them got diff reasons for delay in the end inventory wrong and when I finally got a fourth different reason why hey we're not shipping I gave up and cancelled in mid March 2016.

    Terrible Customer Service

    I ordered a side table and a towel and received only the towel. After inquiring, I finally received a response 1 month after the order that the table was being discontinued and was not available. Horrible service. Then it turns out that they charged me about $35 more for the towel -- apparently related to shipping and tax on the table that was never sent. I did get reimbursed in the end but this is absolutely terrible customer service. Very disappointing. No explanation as to why I was able to order the discontinued table in the first place nor why it took over a month after inquiry to get a response.
